  • I've heard of Seattle freeze, but this app is ridiculous!!

    This app keeps freezing when I try to load my card. Yes- I want to buy Starbucks and the app won't let me!!!! It's driving me crazy- please fix this ASAP!!!! You are loosing money... Also the drink history rarely works and the promotions don’t always work. Seems like improvements need to be made...
  • Reloading is annoying

    There are benefits to this app but I absolutely hate the minimum reload requirement!!! Why can’t I just pay the exact amount I am spending this trip?! Personally I hate it and when I buy several drinks for work People I can’t use my company credit card on the app because the reload doesn’t match the exact amount I am spending. I completely LOATHE the reload requirement. For goodness sake please just let us pay for our current order and be done.

    The app seems to be much more functional since I first used it. The offers are pretty bad now. Low star reward for purchasing really expensive items or items that I wouldn’t enjoy. Disappointing

    The app is amazing so easy to use. I go to Starbucks just about everyday. I enjoy the atmosphere along with the outstanding staff. I am a regular at the International Blvd Starbucks in North Charleston SC. You have an outstanding staff operating this store, always smiling greeting everyone with a warm welcome and going the extra mile to make sure everyone is satisfied.     Love the app. Love getting free items with rewards. Down side is the app doesn’t always work correctly. Most of the time it’s wonderful.
  • Limited transaction history and security

    The transaction history only shows current and previous month. Even customer support can’t retrieve the old transactions. I experienced a fraudulent purchase and reported to customer support. Without knowing the transaction history, no one can tell how long has it been going on. This is not just a coffee ordering system, it’s a financial application. It should have enough security safeguards to detect and prevent fraudulent activity.
