  • Absolute Garbage!

    By semilion
As of Nov 13, 2018 this version is absolute garbage! Users no longer have full access to their files on their phones. You are limited to ONLY what this piece of crap allows the user to use! Whoever’s idea this was should be fired! They took a great platform and made it useless. If this isn’t resolved in the next update, Dropbox will no longer be on my phone. As it is Google Drive has eaten their cheese. Now it’s about to take their spot at the table. And Google Photos provides no reason to use Dropbox. Dropbox is about to be dropped!!

What does it mean by “frozen pending review”
  • Used to love this app

    By Beckyk71
I can no longer share from my iPad to my computer. I have been using this app for a few years and loved it. Now I plan to delete it as the whole reason I had it was to be able to work on my iPad and then share to the Dropbox on my home computer.
  • Slow in all aspects

    By EmBarney
I initially downloaded Dropbox a few months ago and had a great experience. I had to delete the app for a little bit but I recently re-downloaded it. It took over 48 hours to upload a 2 minute video and it didn’t even fully upload it. And now when I open the app, it immediately crashes. I’m very frustrated and regret signing up for the premium/pro package when it was offered when I downloaded.
  • Lol you have to pay to download your own files

    By Lorenzo White
I don’t mind paying extra for the storage. That uses up resources on your end. But the fact that you want to charge me to download MY OWN FILES is absolutely ridiculous. I’ll be sticking with google drive, thanks.
  • Fixed ..

Our office has a business account w/ 5TB storage. Dropbox app on my Iphone X (w/iOS 12.1) was virtually useless for about a month. It continually froze & crashed. The latest update seems to have fixed the problem. My hope is the developers will do a better job of vetting & testing their updates, before releasing them to the public. If that means releasing fewer or less-frequent updates, so be it. What good is constant tweaking if you jeopardize the reliability of your product?

  • Drop Box

I love being able to have files at my fingertips, being able to share files with friends so easily, and having the ability to sync photos and videos. Dropbox has made my life easier and more productive.
  • Moving files could be more efficient

    By Femme2Mrbd
I upload hundreds of pictures through camera uploads every week. It’s such a pain going one by one for each picture and video moving them to a different folder. A more efficient way to do this would be much appreciated. Why can’t we select multiple files in camera uploads and move them to a different folder? Seems very basic.
  • Shared folders only works fully if sharing list all have Pro accounts

    By Annoyed Revierer
I have a standard business account of 3Tb but a folder which I have shared with others is apparently limited to 2Gb unless the others on the sharing list also get accounts. Customer service advice: “tell your clients (the people on my shared list) to pay for DropBox Business accounts also.”
