  • Doesn’t work

    By adamascorazon
Nothing on my Dropbox works, it never plays and I constantly have to redownload the songs for them to be work. It’s a great concept but if nothing works what’s the point.
  • Confused

    By Audryanne Wright
I cannot use my Dropbox account anymore because it says its ‘Dropbox business’ even though I never signed up for whatever that is and gives me 0 options to change it. I don’t even have the free 2GB. Help? :/
  • Why email to upload one photo?

    By LTT10
I often need to upload only one or two photos to Dropbox from my iPad photos. It was much easier to do it one at a time from the camera roll rather than go to Dropbox and upload from there. Now there is a confusing menu box that insists I want to “share” that photo via email. So I have to email it to myself and then go and delete that email. Silly and time consuming. Why??? I’m using the paid version of Dropbox and for the price there are so many useful functions missing. I’ve put off migrating to another service because of the hassle and maybe that’s what Dropbox is counting on. Grrrrrrr.
  • Offline Files Function is Broken

    By Bonita Laguna
Offline files function regularly fails. Loses synched offline files, cannot even show an index of the files if offline. This has been a problem for years.

  • Lacks so many features

    By SxySam3
Been a user of dropbox for so long...i can confidently say google drive beats it in every aspect. Many of the services that dropbox requires a subscription for... google drive has them for free. Its also far more accessible as google drive is connected to way more services. One of the most annoying things about dropbox is that you cannot print from the app. For software that touts itself as being “for the workplace” this is incredibly unintuitable. All in all, just make more google accounts for drive. You’re wasting your time with this app.
  • New policy makes it useless

    By olive70
Dropbox recently limited the number of device allowed on the free accounts to 3. 👎🏻 I’m using the service since 2008 and promoted it to many friends and colleagues. Now as a thank you Dropbox reduces to 3 the amount of computers we can connect which makes it useless for most of us. I’ll simply use the 1TB storage which comes free with my office 365 subscription. GoodBye Dropbox.
  • Classic Bait and Switch

    By Fleksy fan
Dropbox has suddenly made premium features that have been free for years. Namely, the large number of synced devices and the availability to download files offline. These are basic features that have been free, and are free on literally every other cloud service. By asking people to pay you are making it clear that the company is struggling financially, or has a poor marketing team. The cloud storage industry is huge and Dropbox is a tiny speck in comparison. Take your data elsewhere. Google, Apple, Microsoft, Box, Mega. There are countless others. Don’t waste your time or money on a company that is so obviously grasping for any cash they can get.
