  • Echo heard on the callers side.

    Customers hear an echo and Line2 can’t do nothing about it. Tried to switch to RingCentral and when I called they actually have the same problem since I heard myself talking while I was trying to move to them. The worst thing is that they promised to call me back and never did. I guess they know I I hit the nail. Haha. I rather stay with line2 for more than half the price if i have to deal with echos and pay more. In other words, line2 still need improvements on voice clarity and or on echoes. That’s it.     I have used this service for approximately 2 1/2 years now. It is gone completely off-line on me a couple of times with no exclamation. I check the website to see if there is any updates on service problems, and there never is. With no exclamation the service will just quit on you and you’re done until it decides to work again. This just happened to me again this morning. My phone is working properly I spent 45 minutes on the phone with Verizon to confirm that my lines were working, and they are. The only thing that doesn’t seem to want to reset is this line to application. It keeps listing itself as off-line, and will not go back on no matter what I do. There is no way to reach customer service, I can’t even send them an email because it bounces back. They have a sign in tech-support form, but if I’m off-line, I can’t send it to them. It’s very frustrating that you’re paying a monthly fee and not able to get any customer service whatsoever. I find that to be their biggest downfall and will look to switch to another company, even if I have to get another telephone. I cannot Jeopardize losing business in contact with my clients, at the whim of this application anymore. They really need to communicate better and solve their tech issues. I do not recommend if you are using this for anything serious.

    I also use SmartLine and Sideline. On Line2 the call quality is by far the worst. There is a lot of buzzing and an echoing sound.
  • What was once good, now appears to be unreliable

    I have had my Line2 number for almost 2 years. Initially it was reliable but it has gotten a bit unreliable. I use it for business and unfortunately it stopped working, and it continues to say offline. It’s not the first time, and it has been two days. I’ve tried to reach customer support and they have responded with a generic general email that did not address my concerns. I sit with no phone, and now I’m looking to go to another second line company. I am going to truly disappointed, and seriously disappointed.
  • Impossible to get tech support

    I’ve been using this app for about two months. It’s been “okay” in call quality. You get a lot of drop calls and break up quality calls. For the most part it’s okay for the value. However, my app hasn’t been working for hours. After, doing some research on their site it says to uninstall and then reinstall. I did that and apparently my password is incorrect. I’ve tried to reset it but the email provided link sends me to the normal login. Being able to reach tech support is basically non-existant. I would recommend finding another provider. I’ve used sideline and they’ve been much better.

    No calls no text no voice mail no app no connection. No forwarding no way of knowing who called or way to return calls. Been hours and still down. Unacceptable! Phone numbers can't be down for hours they're vital! My business has suffered if this goes on until tomorrow I'm porting my number to a reliable carrier I can't be without a business phone line indefinitely. Get it together line2
  • Lack of customer support

    I have encountered problems with correctly receiving text messages from the start 3 years ago and communicated this but they failed to follow up after their acknowledgement of my issue. They said they would work to resolve it but never got back. Today I’m unable to sent text or call using the app and I’m unable to reach customer service. Today you can’t even reach their website.

    Wish I had found this app sooner. Way better and cheaper than carrying second mobile. iPad and Mac apps are cool
