  • Can’t sign in for aver a month!!!

    It’s been over a month now and I have not been able to sign in. I would have to exit and restart my phone just for the app to work and somethings that did nothing. There has been 2 updates and neither of them have helped. What is going on!!!!!.

    Every time you update your app, which breaks FaceID, I have to reset the password...Which I just entered in correctly and was told in the app that it was wrong. I just reset it not a month a few months ago and had to do this all over again because of the same mess. I KNEW the moment an update was available I was going to have to go through this. Then it stops freaking recognizing Face ID. Jesus it’s literally ASTOUNDING on every possible level of understanding how in God’s name this app’s rating is this high. I literally hate this app.

    The same thing keeps happening I have to keep deleting the app and reinstalling it just for it to work , it’s giving me this message and will not let me login until i l again I delete and reinstalled

    App is constantly resetting itself so the touch login is useless. You have to use your password anyways which is also a pain since they require the most ridiculous combination of characters compared to any other program. Its not sure if you have to write it down to remember it.

    It makes me reset my password EVERY WEEK. States that my finger print needs to be authorized then when the password is entered ONE time it states that too many attempts have happened. BS. Beyond frustrating. I will post this every time I have to reset my password. Looks like it’ll be posted a lot.

    The app forces me to create a new password approximately every 10 logins. Customer service had me re-install the app and literally the second time I tried to login with the face recognition tool, it said log in and turn on the face recognition. When I try, it says my password has expired. Very frustrating. I like Chase but I may need to change banks.

    App wouldn’t let me get my id or password in. Also wanted a thumbprint which it wouldn’t take after I tried several times to enter. Very exasperating!!!!!!

    This could be a 5 Star app, but every time there is an update, the fingerprint login stops working. And when I try my password it says too many logins and I have to reset the password. No other app does this! Just fix it!
  • Love the app, updates are killing me

    I’m not sure what changed, but recently every time the app updates, I need to update my password. No matter if I know it or not, I get locked out. I’ve updated my password three times this month alone and getting my account locked is not exactly convenient.

    I tried not to post a negative review for some weeks. However, in my case there are two problems which constantly annoy me: when paying bills, I'm not able to type the digits for cents, it just doesn't insert anything; second, with the latest updates, my app crashes when checking alerts. I hope it gets fixed soon.
