    For the last 2 or 3 weeks, I can’t get data to load. I just get the “still loading...” message or their dog image saying “something went wrong on our end.” I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still no luck. Please fix this!
  • Hate the update

    For over a week now I have been unable to scroll an entire page. It will go through maybe 200 items then just stop. Doesn’t matter if I’m on warehouse, daily deals, or my own search. This is most irritating. I’ve signed out then back in; I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing helps.
  • Why make this hard?

    When you post an item on Facebook, and I click on it, why not take me to that item, like other retailers do? I don’t want to bring up this search page and go thru hundreds of options, I just want to see the item you advertised. Not smart marketing, in my opinion. And then I have to go back and get the name and number to do the search. Surely you can handle that.
  • Needs a Forward button.

    I use the app a lot, and it’s great for shopping, but I get frustrated because of the combination of no forward button and slow response. If I have gone to several screens looking for something, and want to go back one screen, I hit the back button. Because of slow response, it looks like I miss-hit the back button. I instinctively hit it again and I am returned back to the beginning screen of the session. I cannot forward back, so I am forced to try to recreate my previous searches. Ugh. If no forward button, I need an instant indication that back is actually in progress so I won’t be tempted to hit back again. Or, stop going back to the beginning with two presses of back.
  • Log in and log out

    I ordered a pack of false nails in the middle of January. I was told they would arrive at the end of February. It is now the end of March and I have no idea where my package is.

    For a multi billion dollar company like Amazon , you would think they would have the best app , however they have the worst . If you search for something , you are shown a bunch of items that don’t even come close to what you are looking for and when you are looking for — a TOY (for example) and you narrow your search as to what department you want to look in and you punched in TOY 🧸 department , I am shown few toys and a bunch of clothing items and a bunch of books 📚 , a few toys yes , I but there is more items in the search that I am NOT looking for than than there is of what I am looking for. So if you don’t know exactly the name of the item you are looking for you probably won’t find it . If I search for the name of the item WOW , 323 items pop-up . This app is Making AMAZON look like an amateur company , not the multi billion dollar company they are . They are looking pretty dumb to me . A lot of multi billion dollar company’s don’t really care about their customers and I can see AMAZON doesn’t respond to the customer reviews either (just your typical billion dollar company) I wasn’t expecting much , and I thank you AMAZON for NOT DISAPPOINTING me on this one too .

    You can find all you need. Prices are ok and you can always find information for all the things you need. I have bought many things and the products are great and if I don’t like it I return it. Hope you try it you won’t regret it.
