    I have been using Lose It for almost two years. If you are true to it and honestly record your calories it will help you lose or maintain weight. Exercise will be entered when you attach your AppleWatch or FitBit or whichever you use. You can also add in your own exercise, if you don’t have a AppleWatch etc... The community is very supportive as well.

    After looking into a few different calorie tracking apps, I honestly think this one is the best. On top of the large catalog of verified food and meal recommendations, I appreciate Lose It actually taking the time to develop new features. I was surprised to find MyFitnessPal hasn’t done much with the Apple Watch after being on the market for years. There are no watch complications, quick calorie logging, or logging with Siri. Lose It provides the benefit of having an expansive catalog and community, while making more improvements and features over time.

    It is not only helping me lose the weight, but also helping me keep tract of my Type 2 Diabetes! I’ve had to go into the notes section and that’s where I log my Blood Sugar Levels for that day, might look into adding a section just for tracking ones Blood Sugar Levels. Other than that, great app!!

    This app has helped me to be successful in weight loss each time I have used it. My weight fluctuates up and down by 15 lbs. the weight comes back when I don’t use the app. It forces me to be mindful of what I am eating and how much. Portion control, food selection. I like how it tallies the left over calories, so you can have a splurge here and there.

    I’m trying to take off 10 or more lbs I have gained since starting a medication known to cause weight gain. I’ve only been using this app for a week; tracking my food intake and exercise activity. The app has helped me to be more mindful of what I’m putting in my body and I’ve inched down the scale already!! Easy and friendly app. Highly recommend
