    I payed 2.99$ For this app and is not working at all !! I can’t even Log in in my Phone !! Anyways I have to use the laptop to see my schedule !!

    I absolutely hate this app. Unfortunately I have to use it because my job requires me to. But it ALWAYS logs me out, it crashes every time I’m using it, takes forever to load. Honestly if there was an option to opt out of using this horrible thing I would. Developers really need to step it up. I never write reviews but this app drove me to do it, and I’ve been using this so called app for 5 years already, and it has gotten worse with every update they put out. Why does it have to log me out EVERY SINGLE TIME I leave the app? I really wish my job would switch to something different. I’m sorry for the new users that have to download this for work, just be prepared to live with unnecessary aggravations HotSchedules will give you. It’s not even worth the price, this is really disappointing and it’s just horrible.
  • So many issues

    I have to have this app for work, or I could use the website, which isn’t any better. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to login! EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! What a piece of crap app. Wish I could get my 3 buck back. Could be a good app, if there wasn’t so many issues with logging in and keeping the password saved. Looks like almost EVERY review talks about the token issue, and yet here we are with a half assed app that my employer makes me use. SMDH
  • NEED updates.

    Here’s what would be stellar, if you could merge multiple jobs and locations onto 1 account. In college I had 3 different jobs, and had to have 3 separate HS accounts to view the schedules. Why can’t I put them all into the same account and then have a drop down menu where I can decide which schedule to view? Instead I’m forced to have 1 open in the app, and then log into my interest browser to view the other 2. Very inconvenient. Also, every update causes password and log in issues. Not exactly what you want to have when something is involving your work schedule.......

    I realize we complain but the urgency to fix anything is minimal seeing as how we need this app for our jobs. 1) multiple job log-in. Come on! An account is an account. How is it that you can’t link them? 2) holy updates of not changing much. Really necessary? If so, tell us why, even the under the surface stuff. Help silence the peanut gallery. 3) the new method of entering availability is a bit wack. I’m trying to be as efficient and clear as possible for both jobs and it’s caused some conflicts. 4) am I missing a setting to see coworker’s phone numbers? 1/2 my coworkers say they can see each other’s on the app, 1/2 don’t. Curious how to fix it. 5) thanks for your hard work!

    It used to hold my sign in for weeks. Now I can’t go a day without having to sign in which makes planning a huge pain.

    After app update. Login and passwords don’t work on mobile app to login but work on a computer just fine. Please fix

    Every time the app gets updated it logs me out and lets me my account is suspended it usually takes a few days until it will let me log in again. This is such a pain because it’s how I get my work schedule.

    if you put timecards on the app and everything thats goes on the website on the app then id give this 5 stars. you think with paying money youd get more features then the website but i guess not
