    It used to work fine with a few glitches on occasion. Now, it is hardly usable at all. For every 10 times I open and close the app, I will access my schedule 1-2 times. Every other time, it’s either loading infinitely or I get an error message. Should I finally reach my schedule, it’s a 50/50 chance I’ll successfully see when I click beyond that or if it will time out again. The biggest bummer about this is the fact that it was all but required by my place of business and cost $4 🤦🏻‍♀️ I mean, c’mon man...

    i have no idea how this app has high ratings. IT IS SO SLOW. continuously loading....refreshing. gets on my nerves. this is the worst app i have ever purchased.

    I’ve had it for years. Used to be easy to use. Now there are pop ups (Rate your shift) (some crappy give away), that big me every time I open it. It’s become slow, buggy and nuisance to use.
  • Would not use it if it weren't mandatory by employers

    Bad experience of use. 1. disconnects a lot and takes too long to reconnect. 2. Still can't merge multiple accounts from different employers. You have to log out and login from different accounts. 3. Availability page is not clear for both employers and employees. We always get scheduled on unavailable date or time because managers says they always misread availabilities. 4. Staff can not deny shifts. Only manager can deny staff when they try to pickup or swap shifts.

    Why are y’all asking me to rate my shift EVERY TIME I WORK?!? I really want it to stop. I just want to know my schedule and that’s it. I’ve been using HotSchedules for years and this is the only complaint I’ve ever had. Please fix it.
  • Cool app but needs more

    When placing a picture for your profile it’s extremely blurry. Trying to adjust my availability but it’s very tricky and also confusing. Lastly, the staff is limited to just the side that you work on. Ex. In restaurants FOH people can only see FOH staff members and BOH can only see BOH members. We all work under the same roof and work as a team. No segregation. Unity is key. Thank you

    Wish I didn't have to pay for this app a 2nd time but it's simply amazing and I manage a large restaurant so it really comes in handy... I feel party responsible for the update that allowed us to finally edit shifts within the app!!! It makes making the schedule so much easier... One thing tho.... I have an employee with a purple circle by his name with an M in it... What is this??? He's the only one with that mark and it drives me nuts lol it shows only on iPhone... Never saw it in android.
  • Can’t submit availability or overnight shifts

    I’ve tried submitting my availability an ungodly amount of times and it continues to say “internal error/failure” and sometimes when I’m trying to enter in times, it says time range can’t overlap when it clearly isn’t overlapping. Furthermore, I work overnight shifts and there is no option for 9pm-4am. This app drives me nuts and if I don’t get to work because I can’t submit my availability... 😤😤😤

    I have never had a problem but for the last 3 days me and a few of my coworkers that have Apple can’t even see our schedules it’s been like that FOR 3 DAYS. We can’t see anyone else’s shifts or swap shifts
