It seems to be running fine, but then at the end of the workout it either hasn’t recorded, or stopped recording. The latest one recorded the time of the workout, but not the route or any data. IPhone 6 user.

If you ride a bike for exercise and you have not Map My Ride your short changing yourself. I have used this for about 2 years and I’m still impressed with it and always love the new additions. I am not using the paid version (yet) because I’m not into the major league training and I’m happy with what I get in the free app but I’m tempted. Get it use it love it. Who says you can’t get something for nothing...!!!! Ride Safe.

I literally use this app every time I ride! It syncs perfectly with my fitness pal and allows me to properly keep track of all the calories I burn!
  • Not good for mapping

It is not an intuitive app to plot points on a map to determine what distance I ran/biked. It seems to be set up to only track you while carrying my phone. I don’t run with a phone. I miss the old features where you could plot waypoints.
  • I wish it would give you a notification after you stop riding 10 minutes

I get off my bike and I forget that I’m using the app. I just wish that it would give me some sort of signal to let you know that it’s been in 10 minutes since you’ve moved that way you know to turn the app off to get a true, well almost through reading of your distance and duration. Besides that I absolutely love that app.

  • Where is my data?

I’ve been using this app for a number of years. Recently every time I rode my bike the app bugged me to upgrade. I finally upgraded, and now when I try to access my previous data from a week or more ago, it tells me that the data is no longer available.
