    Everything works great in this app, except the fact that I can’t sort my transactions by certain dates, but instead by statements. This is EXTREMELY annoying. I would give this app 5-stars if that was an option.

    They do not back their customers! Instead they side with a scam Chinese company and steal your money you have coming! Our family has switched credit cards to Discover :) They service their customers 100%. Discover is a 5***** company. Just wished we had done it sooner! YOU HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. PERIOD. ^^^^^^^ WHY WOULD YOU WANT ME TO CONTACT YOU? AGAIN? YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO EXTREMELY UNBELIEVABLY POOR I CAN NEVER GET A HOLD OF ANY OF YOUR EMPLOYEES!! I HAVE WASTED AN INCREDIBLE AMOUNT OF MY TIME AND GOT ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE!! MY FAMILY AND MANY OTHERS HAVE DROPPED YOUR COMPANY COMPLETELY. WE ALL ARE ABOVE AND BEYOND COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH OUR NEW EXPERIENCE WITH DISCOVER. THEY ARE A CREDIBLE COMPANY AND VALUE EACH OF THEIR CUSTOMERS PATRONAGE AND REWARD US FREQUENTLY.   • Can’t setup account on my phone

    I tried to enroll and start my online banking but I keep getting redirected to sign in with my personal computer. My computer is broken at the moment so I have no way to sign in and access my account. I don’t care about new security policies. Safety features never protect, they only make it harder for you to access your own account. If I can access my own account after providing multiple verifications then BoA has failed at online banking
