    I don’t need a banking virtual assistant floating over my app. Please give me an option to disable this unwanted and slightly creepy assistant from my app. I don’t want my bank listening to me. No thanks.

    My only complaint is the log in with touch is inconsistent. Several times in the last couple of months it simply would not give me the chance, so I had to type the password in. Otherwise I have no complaints.

    Bank of America Mobile app is very quick and easily accessible. Everything is at the touch of my fingers for me to be able to check for any changes or updates on a daily basis.

    I love being able to set up all my bills on this app. I don’t have to buy checks for anything. Each month I go in an set date an amount. Love being able to open the app an seeing everything I used my card for. It keeps me on track. I have been with this company for 8 years. They have always worked with me if I need help for anything. Thanks!!

    When you send or receive someone money there is a spot to put a message saying what the money is for but it’s useless. The recipient never receives it.

    Should not have little ads on list of transactions. They’re very annoying and distracting. I do not like being distracted especially on something so important. I also prefer male voices. Should be Eric not Erica.

    I've been with BofA since 2003 and I've always loved them. I love the app and it's convenience. I love being able to sign in with my finger print, using the check deposit feature is awesome, and I love how easy it is to send money. I don't use the bill pay feature often because I still go to the websites of the companies. There's no particular reason for that and I've used it before, I just hadn't had the time to set it up. I'm not really sure about Erica because normally I'm in places that I don't want my banking info verbalized. I've read a lot of the bad reviews and I really think these are the exceptions and not the norms. My husband and I both use the app and it works well for us. We've kept our accounts even though all the branches near us are closed. Overall, I think BofA made a good product and I wish much success in the future!

    Do not care for new “Erica” and am disappointed that I do not have option to remove. It’s always there! Love the BofA app.... HATE Erica!!! Please give those of us who have no need for it the option to not see it at all.... I need to turn it off!!!

    I have been a customer with Bank of America for many years, I have never had any problems, love banking app for my phone, love the fact that I can deposit checks thru the app on my phone. Not a lot of fees and if I ever get a late charge , they’ve always credited my acct. Their customer service support line is amazing , not only helpful but so friendly!
