  • Does Not Rotate to Landscape

    BOA got this app wrong. The iPad version does not rotate to landscape, which is how most people use iPads. I immediately deleted this app from my iPad and will continue to use the older BOA app. BOA designers are out of touch with users and missed the mark on this version.
  • Doesn’t work

    I have tried to download this twice .. each time it will not recognize my password. I’m going back to the older app that I have on my IPad. It works like a charm. Also, on the IPad the. Mobile banking shows up vertically, not horizontally.

    What good is the app if you can no longer make a payment from it? I haven’t been able to make a payment from the app for months now. I called to get help and I was told that they are aware of the problem and are working on fixing it, that was back in August. I cannot believe there had not been a fix for this error. Someone please FIX it!

    This would be an incredible 5 star app if not for two pretty aggravating things. - You can’t access all the options for bill pay that you can on the main site, making that section pretty useless. Might as well disable it. - Cardless ATM withdrawals work pretty much never. It worked the first time without any issues, every single time since then it has flagged it as fraud requiring me to call in and try again. The fraud alerts don’t come back in time to verify if you don’t call, and you get flagged again next time you use it. In my most recent attempt to use it, I had to call in to fraud (as usual) but they could not even correct the issue. I was even at my local branch where my account resides. Look at that sketchy guy trying to access his own cash! Better block him! Why even bother leaving the feature enabled? It’s utterly pointless.

    This AP is so great, I never go to the bank nor ATM nor website any more! Everything I need to do is here, and it’s safe and secure. I’ve been using it for more than two years with no issues whatsoever.
  • Alerts are a GREAT feature but...

    I really appreciate the alerts feature of this app, however the ability to acknowledge them and clear them without having to log into the app would be a nice change to consider. Also something that irritates me and I find a little bit confusing is when I want to check the history of activity on my credit card it only shows me activity for the month we are currently at, and it is nearly impossible to access other history without having to go through complex search gyrations. That needs to be fixed, I should be able to easily access the entire history of my credit activities by simply sliding one month over from another, this is important information that should be easily accessible.
