    The bottom section of the new iphones does not display correctly. Should be above the indicator. It makes it very hard to click on the bottom buttons.

    I pay all my bills using the app and I get alerts when a payment going out. Never missed a payment due to BOA. Works perfectly.

    Idk what happened in the last few weeks, but the app used to work just fine and now it continually says there was an error and to retry. Frustrating as hell!
  • Don’t Like New Bill Pay Activity Screen

    The activity screen in bill pay wastes a lot of space on my screen because each payment is now on multiple lines. Also it was really easy to scan the outgoing amounts as they were all in the same column. Now the amounts are buried in the data for each payee. Would love to see that put back! Also would be nice to default to the activity tab rather than the payment tab. Lots of extra clicks now, and much harder to quickly scan the data. Update: the more I use the bill payment feature the more I hate it. The flow to set up a payment is rigid and not intuitive. How about not trying to make this “easy” and just let us scroll through each row on one succinct area of the screen?

    The older app you could all of your bill pays for the month together, with you have to look at each bill pay account and see if they are going to be paid. Don’t like that. It’s to confusing.

    App is now crashing and freezing all the time. Everything is much harder to find. And WHY change the color of the logo?!! After years of looking for red BofA now you made it white. Do you know how many white background Apps people have? Now it just blends in. Way to be truly unoriginal!

    New version change the bill pay page a lot. First, the page defaults to payee and need to click to show the bill status; 2nd, the list is ugly and hard to read how much for each bill; and last, where is the ebill link go after set up pay? A backward for the app. Old one is better.
  • Deposits

    App no longer works well to deposit checks with iPhone X camera. Demands a darker background, even when background is black! Need to repeat attempts to deposit over and over.....they appear to go thru, then get an error messsgr at the end of the long process. Previous version was great.
