    I have been an eBay customer and seller for over 20 years. The first time I really had a problem was starting in October with three orders. I’ve tried multiple ways to get issues resolved via the website, the app, and by phone. EBay apparently does not care about its customers or sellers unless you make a ton of money for them because I got absolutely no response after filing complaints via their system and after being told that I would be called back by managers. Nothing. Really crappy because I had had a great experience for 20 years. I will find other ways to sell rather than such crap customer service.

    Hello - just a quick request. It would save us buyers a tremendous amount of time and energy (not to mention the secure feeling to purchase more often) if one could go directly to the feedback of the PARTICULAR ITEM being viewed (not just the entire review section). It’s so frustrating to have to try and hunt down a particular item in one’s feedback to see if it’s of true value or not. It prevents a lot of my desired purchases if I can’t find the info rather quickly. Just a tip. Other than that, I love eBay!!!

    The last two items I have tried to buy on here were either cancelled or pulled due to the security of the sellers account. Always use PayPal on here to delay the money processing! At least the EBay Guarantee seems legitimate.

    On the website you have the option to “send a copy to my personal email address” when replying to a message. This is mandatory when multiple staff members are working with customers. This app is not useful because of this one missing option.

    I’ve been an eBay shopper for quite some time now. I’ve Perched a lot of items and some are great and other just don’t work and sellers are terrible with communication. I lost 400 dollars and eBay has no protection plan for both sellers and buyers it’s just terrible.

  • Experiencing glitching...

    I switch between two eBay accounts; one is smaller (less than 100 items), so I do not pay a monthly store fee. However, while working with drafts on mobile, the template / format keeps switching between the simpler, limited format used for non-store accounts, and the more practical & functional template. For example, the simpler format allows me to choose a best offer decline price, but not a best offer “accept” price. This has led to frustrating glitching where the app says an item is unable to be listed due to conflicting settings - that I don’t even have access to in this template.
