    I will say, this is a very good app! But, out of interest, is there a way you can make a kids workout app? Or put a section in for kids? Just asking. I weighed 60 kilograms before, now I weigh 50. This app is very helpful, I recommend it to everybody!

    It works it is hard in the beginning but worthy at the end I'm 13 and love it but you also have to watch what you eat some of it is good but some not if you get use to it you will never understand why you were the way you were before when I started this I weighed 147.8 pounds and now I weigh 113.3
