  • Love it, but...

Great app for me and my goals/habits! No, you can’t keep track of weight amounts per session but I do that elsewhere anyway. I do seem to have encountered a bug though: I finished week 16, and the app went back to week 1. Was bummed it didn’t continue forward but fair enough; however it doesn’t cycle through the days now, ie every time I open the app it’s on Week One, Day One and I have to manually cycle forward. All the days are asking you to Repeat Workout also. Might be useful to have a “reset?” request button after Week 16 or something like that? I’m seing this to be a real pain in the next few weeks as I’ll have to cycle through several weeks to get to my spot (and remember my spot to begin with). Wondering if this has come up for anyone else. Otherwise, love the app!

Love the app so far. Before using Lift with Cass I’ve usually done quite about the same workouts but having her by my side throughout every workout make my gains even better! I’ve noticed such a huge difference in my strength and endurance! I love that there’s a timer between each set that way you know you’re not resting too long between each set!

I love how it’s so easy to follow. The complaint above should make her/his own workout app her way lol 😂🤣
  • Overpriced. Save your money

I wish I had gone with my gut feeling. I researched a lot and tried to find some samples of what this app featured but I couldn't find a sample day anywhere. There's probably a reason for that. There is nothing about weight as far as increasing per round or at least the percentage of your max weight for lifting. The work outs are repetitive per week so not sure why you need a full year. Don't buy a full year. I'm really upset I spent money on this app and wish I could take it back. Honestly these workouts are nothing that are advanced or something you can't just pick up watching trainers on Instagram.

Wish here was an audio option so you didn’t have to keep looking at your phone. Also, should be a place to keep track of weight so you don’t have to keep track elsewhere.
  • Overall good app

There are a few glitches-pictures are scewed or smushed looking sometimes when using the ones from your camera roll instead of using the apps camera. Also, unable to view my posts only-I have to scroll through everyone’s posts to go back and look at mine. Lastly, there is no way of knowing if someone commented on your post unless you decide to go back and look at it again. Aside from that part, the app is fantastic! Workouts are great and even a meal plan-however, I do think she should go a tad more in depth about macro tracking if she is going to put her meals on there. I LOVE that the app times rest between sets. Overall GET THE APP :)
  • Needs and update

Nice app but it needs to be made so you can jump to each week instead of having to scroll through everyday single day to get to the next weeks.
  • Too expensive, needs improvement

Disappointed especially since there has been a lot of hype around Cass Martin and her app. Workouts are okay so far. Pretty traditional bodybuilding split. No way to track how much weight you’re using so you have to keep track elsewhere which is annoying. I also find it tedious to have to click “previous circuit” several times in order to return to the main schedule thy shows all sets for the day - there should be a way to just pivot back and forth if you need to go out of order (ie squat racks taken so you start with abs, you can’t follow along on the app without clicking through each slide of each set/break.) Meal plan is weird too. Each day and meal is different so you’ll be wasting a lot of food, and it makes it extremely difficult to meal prep. Overall, it’s okay. I’ll probably switch from workout/nutrition option to workout to save the money since the “nutrition” is severely lacking, and try to the workouts for another month or so - as of now, it’s too expensive for what it actually offers.
  • Love this app

I absolutely love this app (when it works). The videos are easy to follow and I love how The workouts are broken down. I wouldn’t change anything! My only issue is I’ve been having days where my workouts are not recorded. I completed 6 weeks and it was a hit or miss if my workouts were recorded. I started over and the problem continues. I’ve worked out 4 days and it only recorded 2. This is very disappointing. Any answer to this problem? Thank you

I love the app, but it doesn’t specify if should you go higher with every reps .. like when the set are 4 set 12,12 10,10,8 should it be considered a drop set?
