    I totally LOVE THIS APP!! It is so nice and free! I had baby abs and I lost them over Christmas break I think you know why lol, and now I get to go to a water park and I wanted to get my abs back so I could be like look at my abs! (lol) But anyways get this app I love it and it will make u look good!

    I like everything about this app. It has voice guided workouts and stretches that keep time of your workout for all levels (beginner - advanced) with targeted workouts for abs, arms, glutes, thighs and full body. The workouts are different each day and only take a few minutes to complete. It also has a calendar that keeps track of which workouts you have done and calories burned (by estimation). I’ve set a reminder in the app to notify me to workout. At first I was skeptical to see results because the workouts and times seemed easy, but after a week I began to see results in the areas I worked on and I have already lost a pound! This app is making my weight loss goals seem achievable.

    It works so good in about a week you will tell if you are doing good or not. Oh and it works so good that I have lost about 5 pounds. If you want to lose pounds then get this app
