    My only gripe is when you begin and it gives the options for Arm and chest or Abs or shoulder and back etc. I don't know? for beginners id like you to tell me what to select, or give a comprehensive workout that includes them all.

    This really gave me good workout, one thing I would like to see is a 12 week program to build muscle or to get toned, if you are reading this than you are a good app developer!
