  • Love it!

Easy to use. Looks like issues were resolved in this version. Convenient. Friendly. Fun.

They never have a driver and when they do it takes FOREVER to get your food!
  • It never works

It seems like every time I try to use this app, it tells me that it’s outside delivery time, which I never am. I’ve chatted and emailed with their tech support and they’ve told me that it was maintenance, or they just asked where I was trying to order from, never to be heard from again. I used to use this service frequently, but this new app is complete garbage. It looks nice, but that is it’s only redeeming quality. It doesn’t remember login info like other similar apps. It is clumsy to navigate. And worst of all, as I mentioned above, it rarely accepts orders at all. I keep wondering why they switched from the old app, which worked great. I really hope they get their act together, but for now, this app is completely useless.
  • Stopped ordering from menurunners

The app is useless. The old version was fine. This new “2.0” app looks nicer and more streamlined but it’s glitchy and almost never accepting orders. The restaurant list is much shorter than the previous app and/or website. They say you can call or email any order from any restaurant but it defeats the purpose of doing it easily via an app. I’ve stopped using this service all together and switched to waitr.
