    Do not download, useless for how expensive it is. I accidentally downloaded and was charged for an entire year with no way to be refunded. Honestly the short 5 minute messages may be sound good but there are so many incredible mental health resources, app, books, and professionals out there that do not take advantage of you the way the app does with charging. I find myself very curious for the qualifications of the people writing the daily shines. If you are truly seeking self change and empowerment, although 5 minutes messages are something...it is not worth the money and your not going to benefit from 5 minutes of listening shine in the ways that you will if you invest actual time in learning and creating positive, fulfilling changes within your life.

    This app thinks it’s being positive, but it’s so negative that it brings me down. “How to celebrate your failures” Which would be better as “find success in everything you do?” “Offload your bad feelings” Would be better as “embrace the good in your life” “Break bad habits” Should be “establish good habits” Focus on the good. This is like a bad parent that makes you feel really bad about yourself, but then reassures you your okay. Just say the good part. Why even bring up the negative stuff?

    The User experience on this app is complete crap. Especially if you pay for premium. It’s confusing and the meditations are more like peppy podcasts which is annoying. They do nothing on actual meditation

    The 7-day free trial only applies if you select the yearly subscription, not the monthly. If you select "monthly," you're charged instantly. It's an OK app but not worth the cost, especially when the developer has lost some trust.

    Absolutely LOVING this app!!!! Been using it for a few weeks now and it is so helpful at creating balance and harmony in my life. Daily messages, meditations and check ins with space to write a gratitude list and journal reflections... really helps to center and ground me and keep me more optimistic. Many free aspects available: articles that teach you the science of self care techniques and how to apply them in your daily life, meditations and other useful tools. May sign up eventually for full use. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this app to anyone and everyone who is wanting more self care focus in their life!!! I have already told several people about it!🎉💌

    I adore this app! The content is the perfect length and I look forward to each morning to hear the new message of the day! I’ve told numerous people about it, and they love it as well. It’s amazing because the app allows you to journal your gratitude, how you are taking care of yourself that day, or even how you are feeling. It’s the perfect way to start the morning and has changed my life and way of thinking. I have a streak of 290 days of checks in. Thank you, Shine! ☀️

    I absolutely love this app! So much valuable content to explore...talks and mindfulness meditations for #allthethings. From productivity, focus, to gearing up for change & inspiring talks on authentically being yourself, deserving your dreams, master focus, etc. It’s so good! Having the freedom to choose the meditations by topic gives me the flexibility to explore what I’m particularly needing that day. I’m so grateful to the creators of this app, and I love that with my Premium Membership I’m able to bookmark my favorites. I love the range of topics and meditations... especially those for morning and productivity. I’d like to see more geared towards checking in with your body, stretches and navigating through toxic relationships. Also more about morning and evening routines. I love the 7 day challenges. Currently I’m working on confidence, self esteem & better mornings. I also really like that you can have a daily check in and journal what you are feeling and experiencing, being mindful of gratitude with recommendations for articles focused on one’s exact needs based on what you write. Keep up the good work! Premium membership is totally worth it!
