  • Used to be great; now broken

I really enjoyed playing this game but recently found out that Foxnext has been giving certain newer players a HUGE advantage in daily gold rewards. Your progress in this game is largely dictated by how much gold you have to spend on upgrading your characters. Since I started playing earlier, I do not get these rewards (and for some reason even some new players do not get them), which makes it impossible for me to compete fairly. So I can’t recommend that anyone play this game. It is simply broken right now.
  • We NEED RED SKULL!!!

I gave this game a four star because it’s missing a lot of famous villains including red skull. You are able to fight against him but you can’t play as him and it does not at all make sense. Also in the alliances people like to make hydra alliances and it includes a picture I think fox next need s to add a hydra symbols and a red skull playable character. HAIL HYDRA!😈
  • An amazing mobile game with flaws

*UPDATE* After 3 months of playing hard to level up my teams... the game randomly decided to award new incoming players with excessive amounts of gold, that they don’t give the players that have put in time. I understand wanting to let players catch up... but it shows a complete disregard for players that have “earned their stripes”. I cannot give 5 stars to a company that goes out of their way to show me that they do not value the time I’ve put in. I’ll start out by saying I’m all in on this game. I’ve been playin for two months now and am max level. I’ve unlocked several characters and feel like my team is getting better. That said... the difficulty of later levels of story mode gets increasingly hard... to the point where it needs to be evened out. Also they do not explain many of the mechanics to new players. It is all very trial by fire. You do not have to spend money... and most of the deals are awful. But there are a few early on that are worth it... be sure to talk with community to decide. Download it for sure... I just hope some flaws are fixed.
  • Imbalanced & unfair “competitive” game

Not even speaking about the randomized different offers given to random accounts (some better than others). The bigger issue is giving a gold advantage to a random base of newer players to drive an unfair competition and spur others who don’t get the gold reward to spend more. As of now, those who are informed on the subject have lost their incentive to spend and until the subject is broached and fixed, the player base will only become more irate. Fix your supposedly competitive game and stop the A/B marketing tests on your customers. There was a time for that (alpha/beta/soft launch) and now is not it.
  • Fox next has no moral compass

Completely screwing over players.. from the ridiculously high prices “deals” to the treatment of players(players who start at different times are getting different daily challenge rewards). Won’t re rate this til they address the disparity
  • Unfair to newer players

The developers are giving a subset of new players (not all new players, mind you) the equivalent of $60 in gold every day. This ruins game balance and devalues previous spending. It has been going on for at least 42 days as of 18 June and shows no signs of ending. The extra 1.4 million gold per week allows these players to upgrade a character from 1-60 for zero extra effort or spending. They've admitted to doing so and refuse to fix the game breaking imbalance despite frequent complaints from the community.
  • Scummy business model at its finest

Foxnet have a great game here. The characters are all well balanced, animations and visuals are nice and it’s free. Recipe for something better than SWGoH, right? Wrong. Foxnet employ horrendous business practices creating scarcity with terrible offers on character shards to condition you to accepting almost as bad but slightly better offers. $25 for 30 character shards makes $20 for 45 seem nice, but often times it’s still not enough to even unlock the character to begin with. On top of all of this, Foxnet has been caught giving newer players exorbitant gold boosts to “catch up” to older players. These types of boosts which seem logical in theory as a one time boost to help them stand a fighting chance are instead a stream of daily gains of 200,000 gold which is equal to 900 power cores spent at the gold shop. For any older players to keep up they would have to spend 27,000 cores per month which is $312.86!! Rather than helping new players catch up it is forcing older players to pay more to stay competitive letting Foxnet squeeze whales for even more. Don’t play this game until these issues are addressed because you’ll just be wasting your time on a cash cow the devs only care to milk and not to feed.

This game could have some potential... the direction the developers are taking isn’t a great one. Hopefully they decide to make the game a little more friendly to new players.

Really fun at first, but it has become totally pay-to-win. Would have rather paid a nominal fee for the game and had a fair chance to unlock the best characters than having to pay money to just to participate in the events. Unlocking Iron Man is gonna cost an average player close to $100!!!

Game is okay, however the operators are terrible. Economy is a mess, value returned on expenditure is terrible. Worst of all, they AB test aggressively, so other people may have economic advantages based off sleazy segmentation that the devs do in order to experiment on its users. Do not expect a level playing field. Do not buy anything. Do not play.
