Fitness & Work Outs -Work outs by Gabriela includes explosive fat-blasting high intensity interval training work outs that require minimal to no equipment. -Each day you will perform ultra-tough conditioning circuits that will challenge you with unique movement exercises! -Upper body resistance training work outs that will get you lean & strong -Gabriela’s personal legs & booty routine twice a week! -challenging core exercises that will sculpt your waist! Nutrition -guidance to get the goals you want whether it’s to gain muscle mass or lose fat! -get advice on how to shop for groceries and plan out your meals so you’ll always perform at your best. -You’ll also receive a sample meal plan for convenient examples of how to put together your meals. The Workouts By Gabriela App is a $12.99 USD monthly, $29.99 USD quarterly and $89.99 USD yearly subscriptions that will auto-renew for a one month, 3 months and 1 year period respectively after your free 7-Day trial period ends. These 3 plans have subscription terms of 1 month, 3 months and 1 year and will auto-renew at the completion of specified time period. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Payment for your chosen subscription of the Workouts By Gabriela app will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Your iTunes account will be charged for one month renewal of $12.99 USD , for three months renewal of $29.99 USD and for one year renewal of $89.99 USD within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period respectively according to the plan subscribed. Subscriptions may be managed in your iTunes settings and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.   • Great workouts not so great app.

    I really enjoy the home workouts and I have been going strong but there are MAJOR app issues. 1. There are way too many glitches. The app sometimes doesn’t record a work out that I finished even after I saved it. This messes with me being able to keep track of my progress. 2. The new gym version. I switched over to see the layout and took a gamble because I hoped that when I switched it back, I would have all my data saved but everything erased. Now everyday that I go back to do my next work out I have to try and remember the last workout or write it down and swipe for dear life until I find it. If this continues I don’t see a point in wasting so much time, effort, and money on this. I am now very disappointed.

    Went to the gym for a year and didn’t know what I was doing..I started messing with weights and wanted to know more. This app has helped me get used to a plan and a routine..I’m starting to finally see some results and all thanks to the help of this app!

    I’m sorry but 12 bucks a month is a gym membership. I’m a mother and sometimes money is right. Price point is just way too high. I want to love it because I admire Gabriella very much but for this price, absolutely not.

    I go to the gym but would just do cardio now I incorporate the workouts that Gabriela has and now I can see a difference in my body! I have been using this app for about three weeks. I can see a difference in my legs and booty! I love it! It was just what I needed. It is cheaper than a personal trainer but you get pretty great workouts! I hope Gabriela can add gym machine workouts and different angle pictures would be awesome but overall I love this app! Thank you!

    So far I’m obsessed. Me and my hubby have been doing her programs since 2016 and we love it. Now with the app it makes it even more encouraging to workout daily and take progress photos plus easily pick a meal or snack. I love that she has recipes and video tutorials to show you how to make it. The music to the videos makes you want to cook even more lol. I hope there will be more bomb recipes added.     I come from a crossfit background but I don't have enough time to actually go to the gym anymore. Plus I have new fitness goals, I want to have lean muscle. With just two days and tracking my macros I can already feel the difference. The only think is that I have to do two workouts a day to actually feel it (this could depend on the person). The workout time isn't that accurate, it's way less than what the app says. But great workouts overall, thx Gaby 😍😘

    The best motivating and informational Fitness/Workout App. She literally shows you not only how often you should work out specific body pasts, but how to do the exercises as well - including cardio. This app has helped me grow SO much it’s unbelievable.
