    All I see is a black screen and nothing else on my phone. Tried on an iPad and same result. Please help.

    When will you be updating for new OS? I can’t open app for several updates no saying it’s not compatible and needs to be updated. Please hurry, it’s been going on for like a year now and I’ve been a subscriber for years.
  • Can’t live without it

    That about says it all. This app has saved me hours of time fussing with iCloud, One Drive, DropBox, etc. Also helps me sleep better since I am not worrying about work tasks left undone, or which version of a file I was working on. I travel a lot and seriously, could not live without GoToMyPC.

    I have been a customer for years. I’ve only had to call once. It’s worth the money to know that I can call on the telephone if I need to.
  • Price increase of >60% bye bye LOGMEIN

    GoToMyPC was a great program, reasonably priced but logmein has lost so many customers to Googles free version that they are trying to make up the revenue by shafting the rest of us that have been using GoToMyPC for years. I knew things would not turn out well when logmein bought GoToMyPC and they have gone to hell. I have cancelled my subscription and will NEVER do business with logmein again.
  • Split screen keyboard doesn’t work

    Since the newest iOS update I can’t use the keyboard in the app or my attached keyboard while in split screen mode. The old 10.01 iOS allowed me to use the keyboard. This could be an Apple issue also because they didn’t re-design the split screen well at ALL!
  • Double or triple characters when typing

    If I’m very very careful and watch I can get logged into my workstation. The app repeats characters. Having this issue on 3 separate iPad Pro’s all with smart keyboards. I don’t know if there is an issue with compatibility with the keyboards, iOS 11, or what, but I can get right in on a laptop sitting right beside of the iPad with no issues at all. It is only the app on the iPad. I haven’t tried the iPhone version. Put in a support ticket. Hopefully they will acknowledge this issue and get it fixed asap.

    Since upgrading to iOS 11 it won’t log in. The desktop client does. Not the mobile app.

    Since the Beta testing days, service tool app has always worked without fail. Although more appropriate for larger screens such as laptops, even on the small Mobile screens, it functions. The security aspects are also done well. Much thought and testing applied.
