    I have been using this app for many years so I can do my paperwork at home while running my business. I really depend on it also to check into my office computer to view our upcoming schedule and to write out client charts.

    When you need to use it it’s always saying your computers are unavailable. When you call for help they say it’s your internet or computer. But the system next to it is ok. The technician was very rude

  • Not Happy With Productivity

    Usually App versions work much better than web versions, but with this App I have found it to be the opposite. There is a very bad typing delay within the app that I don’t experience anywhere else on my IPad. I’m using OS11, so it may be isolated to that. Since I use this primarily for work and emails I need to be able to move quickly through my emails, very unfortunate. Even still I tried to just use the web version and it makes me use the app. Not happy with the sophistication of this app, especially for a paid service.
  • Hardware keyboards don’t work well

    I’m thankful that I can work remotely with only my iPad but I think it’s a shame that the mobile app doesn’t work well with connected hardware keyboards. My set up is a 2017 9.7” iPad Pro with the Apple Smart Keyboard. Since Mac keyboards have a CTRL key, we can usually do commands on PC’s, such as copy, paste, print, save, etc. The increased efficiency from these abilities is invaluable on my schedule. My company has been using LogMeIn for at least 7 years, but since the function of our company has transformed and become more flexible, I’ve had to start working while on-the-go. I’ll be looking into other remote accessing services that can keep pace with transforming technologies and adequately accommodate paying customers that need to stay at peak efficiency. In summary, this is what doesn’t seem to work on the mobile app: 1) When switching between apps, the keyboard stops working in the MyPc app. Keyboard icon is no longer “clickable.” The work-around for this is to disconnect and reconnect the keyboard. 2) Ctrl commands, again, don’t work. Print, save, copy, paste all have to be “manually” done. 3) Shift+tab doesn’t work. 4) Navigation keys sometimes don’t register. 5) Can’t save preferences. Sound interruptions persist and nothing can be done because of this.
  • Terrible UI compare to Citrix reciever

    The interface is half baked at most. I have a Citrix mouse and Bluetooth keyboard. The on screen mouse never goes away. The on screen keyboard either stays on to cover the bottom of screen, or completely disappears disabling the keyboard input as well. This is a terribly half baked app with unusable interface. It’s surprisingly expensive at $22 a month. I’m surprised anyone could make it work. I would not use it if not for the Citrix mouse input.
