This is a fantastic app for tracking my mood. (Especially since I have a mental illness). I just wish that there was a few extra emotions in the app instead of just the ones there are. Other than that, I just love this app. Great job on making an awesome app.

This app has really helped me track my moods and understand where I am at. I have a TBI so it makes it hard to remember.

It’s a great app! I tried a few others only thing this one may be missing is incorporating location based and activity based mood readings. Be cool to see that in the future but love the app and upgraded to premium immediately.

I love how you can customize your own activities. You can choose your mood and keep track of your emotions. Try and figure out what’s bothering you with the log.

A great & fun way to quickly note, acknowledge & process emotions during daily activities to avoid negative buildup and impacts on health and interactions while facilitating the expulsions in a healthy even fun way. Can also show patterns and flow over time by keeping a record easily reviewed. I wanted a way to process emotions triggered during my days instead of waiting to process later or letting them build up to impact me negatively in situations and I did not have time even daily to journal, which also would not give me immediate recall or access to emotions to dispel their negative impact on my quality of life! I can also use the record to process later with a counselor or friend if needed. Thank you!
  • Perfect for mental health!

This is a really useful app! I do hope that it will eventually add a couple of features. 1)screen orientation. I use this on my iPad that has a keyboard attachment. This doesn’t work with this app unfortunately. 2) i would really love some additional prompts for biometrics. Medication, diet, sleep this would give me really easy and useful data points to give my therapist and identify patterns that affect my depression.
