I’ve played this game since the beginning, loved it and supported it by buying the packs, but the longer i play the more disappointed i get. It’s a pretty much buy to play game, which I’ve known that from the beginning, but what you buy and thought was special, turns into a joke the next day or week. The things you work so hard for and bought is instantly gone the next moment with some ridiculous updates. Level 85 empire, you’d though your defenses were great with lots of mercenary guardians, millions of troops, high level heroes and lifetime boosts bought to defend your empire, but just from one hit, everything is gone. What is the point of me buying and playing if everything is lost in one hit. Makes me think it’s all a scam. The defenses and offenses in this game is so out of proportion, it hards to keep up. The only thing that i enjoyed all together was the chat functions, meeting new people and working together on events. The customer support initially were good, but then as the game progresses it has been a let down. Seem to be automated responds and no help in whatsoever. Sadly this will be my last time playing this game. So disappointed with it that I’ve given my account away. Forget about all the money I’ve spent for it to enjoy the game, it’s just not worth it anymore.

Due to lack of support they have provided over an issue occurring for over a week I am leaving this here. developers are horrible at communicating with users and they have not responded to any issues.

Love playing it but the customer support is super bad, and as much as people pay to play the game ,it constantly crashes and lags . God forbid there is a realm versus realm event you can’t even log on half the time . I’ve been dealing with the game crashing for months after every monster hit. And all they do is give me a generic response with a list of options that don’t work. Also the developers do a lot of false advertising in the packs offered for sale. I’ve had to get refunded twice from amazon because of this. Will continue playing for free but definitely will not give MZ more of my money.
  • Non-payers are fodder

Free to play. Pay to win. Non-paying players become fodder for paying players. Promotes bully tactics.

First; the game itself is nothing like the ads that play in your other apps trying to get you to dL this app. Second; it’s basically Tribal Wars without good communication or the ability to learn the game. Larger Guilds are just waiting for you to join the game so they can farm you once you hit about level 9. You cannot progress. Third; this is not Final Fantasy as you may have played back in the day. There are not mazes and quests you go out on, it’s just clicking and building a city. Don’t waste your time with this game; I wanted it to be fun, it’s not.

This game is the absolute worst cash-grab p2w game I have ever encountered. And I am not talking “micro-transactions”, packs in this game cost $99. If you’re thinking “sweet, I spend $100 and I’m OP”, think again. A single building, such as the “Monster farm” will set you back a minimum of $300, with $500 being more likely. Again, this is for ONE SINGLE BUILDING. The Forge will cost you another $300+, the Mercenary Pits, another $300+, etc. Are you seeing a trend here? And I am only mentioning the additional add-ons so far. Well, they are considered extras, but they are required purchases just to stay relevant. Yes, just relevant, not extraordinary or dominating. Additionally, it will cost you many $100’s to build up your actual empire. You can literally drop $1000, and just be mediocre. 🤷‍♂️ So please, do yourself a favor and just give this game a hard pass.

Unfortunately, never even started playing, just from reading the reviews, came to realize this is just another app/game where we have to waste money to buy things. Good luck. Too bad.
  • The ads don’t match game

I have had this game pop up as an advertisement on other games. I always played for the 45 seconds and did good so I decided to download. I downloaded it and it was not like the ad at all it was not what I was expecting or hoping for at all. The ads should match the actual game.

By cant believe its so bad
This game is the worst for fans of online games. While advertising as a free to play game it is far from that. As soon as you start playing the developers bombard you with ads to buy in game items. To help get you hooked they will occasionally let a unique building to be unlocked. While this seems great it is only useful for a few days because all upgrades will end up cost real money to unlock. Generally the cost of these upgrades are between $20 to $99. This is per level you wish to unlock. The first stage unlocks soon becomes obsolete as players who do spend money have the advantage. Additionally resources to use the first stages are not offered again so the ability to replenish or add to content is not available. As a good rule of thumb if you have always wanted to be a bully and have the cash to back it up then this game is for you. You can grow a mighty empire and crush people so grossly under your power level you can feel good about what you do. The help desk lacks in communication skills and does not answer players questions to satisfaction. Nor do they attempt to improve the game for all who do venture to play. Overall the events are redundant and do not require any skill to complete. Generally the stronger get stronger and weaker have little chance to improve. It is a horrible representation of the final fantasy franchise. Do to the lack of controls the language and content are not suitable to children. There have been obscene comments made in the chat rooms and threats of physical violence. All which are ignored by the developers. You should avoid this game at all costs!!!!!!
