Fairly good app, dumb that this isn’t just a feature of your phone plan. With the ever increasing amount of spam (and the FCC’s general don’t care attitude about it), you’d think something like this would be used to compete for subscribers. But lol ok AT&T, sure charge me $4 a month for this.
  • It seldom warns me and when it does it's often wrong

I've had this service for about 5 months now, it has only warned me 8 times despite numerous spam calls. 2 of the warnings were legitimate calls, not spam.
  • Results after several months of use:

77 Robocalls have come through. 3 were blocked. Update: 126 unwanted calls, 5 blocked. Uninstalling the app until its has more time to catch up.

New calls still come through, but now I take the time to report them. Some calls come through as Telemarketer. What’s the point of same frequency of calls plus added steps to block?
  • I have a suggestion.

Just write a simple software code to check my contact list. If the call is not on my contact list, send it directly to email. Eventually these robo calls will start sending out texts. I’m surprised they haven't gone there already. These will need to be blocked. It just takes a simple software code to end all this grief. No app is even needed. Take the lead AT&T !

Please look at the note I added. I find it interesting that I have approval so you could access my contacts and you auto blocked my son but didn’t block my daughter. Why would you even block a number that is listed! I’m furious and frustrated with you program.

Unfortunately Retired folks like my wife and I get a considerable number of Scam and Charitable cals daily. I’ve only used the AT&T application fore a few days and I already feel it’s a boost to my retirement. The App blocked eight calls on my Cell Phone today without assistance feel my. If you don’t have it yet I recommend you download it from your App Store. Thanks AT&T

My brother turned me on to this app. So far it has worked great! I would however suggest that ATT should give users the reports of those people who have reported problems!
