Automatically track your sleep from your Apple Watch*. No buttons to press. Even the Watch app is optional! Just sleep! About AutoSleep ----------------- Using Advanced Heuristics AutoSleep works out how long you've slept so you don't have to. If you DO wear your Watch to bed, you don't need to do a single thing. AutoSleep will track your sleep & quality and send you a notification in the morning once you unlock your iPhone. Even if you don't wear your Watch to bed, AutoSleep can track your time in bed. It's extremely simple. If you DON'T wear your Watch to bed, then simply put your Watch on charge just before you go to sleep. As soon as you touch your iPhone or put your Watch back on in the morning then AutoSleep will know that you have finished sleeping. A handy Today Widget lets you see how your own "batteries" are charged for last night and the previous seven days. A second (entirely optional) widget lets you also track the time you have taken to fall asleep. As everyone is a little bit different. AutoSleep provides a simple setup wizard and an option to tweak if you are a very restless sleeper. If you wear your Apple Watch to bed*, AutoSleep will also analyse your sleep quality. By using time asleep, restlessness, time awake and heart rate it can score the quality of your sleep and provide you with a comprehensive nightly analysis. *Note. If you do not wear your Watch to bed, AutoSleep simply captures the amount of time sleeping. AutoSleep also works with HeartWatch our premier heart & activity monitoring app and writes your Sleep information to Apple Health. *Requires Apple Watch running Watch OS 3.2 or higher. WatchOS 4.2 recommended.

  • Great until you travel

All my dates from overseas are screwed up. I’d expect the app to just log the hours in local time but as soon as I can back home all the days recorded in a different time zone went crazy yielding multiple weeks of info totally useless. Everything else I like. I use it w Apple Watch.
  • Wonderful

When I switched from Fitbit to Apple Watch I was disappointed when I found out the Apple Watch didn’t track sleep. Then I came across this app! It is excellent, easy to read, and completely automatic. Would highly recommend! I would also recommend getting the “HeartWatch” app along with this one. They are made to accommodate each other well. The HeartWatch app will take the heart rate info recorded by AutoSleep and analyze it further for more details! You won’t regret getting both apps!
  • Very accurate and helpful

The sleep info given in the app is useful and easy to understand and I feel it’s quite accurate. I’m happy with the resting heart rate stats and the deep sleep indicator. Overall, it’s a very good resource to anyone who wants to see how much restful sleep they get. Having several varied views helps in knowing how to process the kinds of information given. The wheels that show hours and percentages is a great visual but the bar graph timeline is the best, in my opinion. Being able to scroll down from the main view to see further insights is very useful. This app is a pleasure to use.
  • Awesome app

This is a must have if you own an Apple Watch. Helps me find out how I sleep and how much I need to rest during the day if I didn’t get enough quality sleep during the night.
  • Simple and effective!

Seems to run by itself, gives all the information I need. Few, if any, bugs so far! A good alternative to a dedicated ($$) sleep device
  • Very useful

Monitor my sleep is very useful. I’ve learned from using this app about sleep. I’d be lost without it.
  • Great companion app with HeartWatch.

  • The app seems silly

    By InDaZ0NE
So basically every time I’m motionless the app thinks I’m sleeping. Or after I wake up I have to adjust the sensitivity to tell it how much sleep I actually got because what it says it’s usually not right? Trouble understanding why I’m using this.
