    My wife and I had a great set up with a different app. When they changed a feature that prevented us from seeing our bills and when they were due and who paid it. This sent us on a months long search for a replacement. All of a sudden we found it. This app has all of the features we could want as a couple. So glad we found this amazing app! Look forward to staying here for the long haul!!!

    No contact us button for help, can’t get into my account because I changed my phone number and the app doesn’t let you sign in any other way. How are we supposed to contact you if we have an issue with the app??? Worst customer service ever !!! Useless

    This update seems to be mostly functional. I have not been using the app lately so I’m not sure when the following changes were made: Unable to view budget data for “2017” and “2018”; Only individual months are available. Line thickness in the budget pie chart has been reduced to the point that individual colors are difficult to discern, even under ideal lighting conditions, making the pie chart unhelpful. I would like to tip, but I find recurring amounts of $2 to $10 unappealing. Why not 99¢, or a one-time tip amount (I received no confirmation of my tip and suspect the feature is not functional) This is a very powerful app. Hopefully they continue to improve upon it while remembering that all users are different; Instead of making fixed changes, a set of options would be most universal. Dec 13 review: Today’s update seems to work okay. It seemed to allow me to find a category of transactions that were not showing up previously, although I still don’t see all transactions of that type. (Online or in-App manual bill payments) I would like to see more categories, unless I haven’t discovered how to add them myself. Things like fees, casual dining, as opposed to groceries, entertainment, etc. ...Oops… “Improved custom categories with icons…” My Bad! Also, a large number of transactions were mis-categorized, while very few were listed as uncategorized. It’s easier to assign a category than to correct an incorrect one. I would prefer less guessing and more prompting. (Some of this has to do with how merchants report their business type: bars and breweries and fast food reported as restaurants, convenience Store reporting as gas/auto (they sell no gas) etc.) I’m questioning the way certain transactions are calculated in the Budget (transfers). If I transfer $100 out of checking (linked) into savings (linked) it will show You Moved $0 (-100+100=0) but I actually moved $100. If I make a credit card payment (not linked) of $100 it will show You Moved $100. Maybe it’s because I changed both categories to Miscellaneous (transfer) before I realized how calculations were being done. Should one be Miscellaneous (earnings) or the other Personal and Wellness (expense)… Is there a restore to default settings option…? One of my financial institutions is not yet supported, but I expected more than one to be unsupported, actually. One of my institutions seems to have locked my account after connecting Honeydue. It worked for a short time but then indicated I needed to Re-authorize. I attempted to login on the Web and a lockout was indicated. I wonder if there is a way Honeydue can reduce the number of these lockouts. (As other reviewers have indicated, your bank is just doing its job protecting your account. I wonder why Quicken and TurboTax users don’t have the same problem though…? Perhaps the developer needs to provide their IP addresses to each Institution before it is shown on the list of supported banks…) Overall, the app seems promising, if not quite ready for prime-time. I haven’t tried the sharing functionality, because I need to finish setting mine up before attempting to train my SO how to use Honeydue.

    The app works well but here are some recommendations: - the bank I use doesn’t get updated at all. It’s stuck at the balance when I linked. - I have no idea the last time balance was updated. Would be useful if it let us know the last time updated for each balance - to the point above, would be nice if we can manually request to update balance if not getting updated - I also use Wealthfront to track my assets and liabilities and in my opinion it is miles ahead of Honeydue at the moment from timeliness updates to linking functionality

    Love the fact that you can share budgets among several users. Wish there was a feature that allows you to mark what has cleared your account and what is still pending.
