  • Informant 5

The most easiest and simple app ever! It helps me remember everything!!
  • Not worth $25 a year. Greed will not win.

This is always been a decent app But absurd at $25 a year.
  • Still cumbersome

Still using version 4 Version 5 still needs work Notes formatted with my notes in version 4 become a mess in 5. When you add a event in 5 you use to be able to make masters and edit them. In 5 it a chore because of the tags garbage. Long time user. But losing the ease of a calendar app to add useless bells and whistles doesn’t work well with Apple Watch
  • Excellent Planner App.... Even with new charges

    By Road Warr10r 68
I have been using this app everyday for the past 4 years. When they started with the constant charges, I have to admit, at first I was a little angry. But in the end, I don’t mind it, even if sometimes it’s a little frustrating. It’s a great app that’s worth the money.
  • Alarm Doesn’t Work

    By EyeSeeEwe
I’ve been using Informant for years now. It’s been a great app. I wasn’t too thrilled that they switched to a subscription model, but decided to bite the bullet. I tried to justify that they still have to work on their end to make everything up to date. But now I’m finding out that their alarm for tasks and event doesn’t work. I tried their troubleshooting from their webpage, but nothin worked. Not cool for having to pay so much. Wish it was as reliable as before.
  • Informant 4 gave us more features

    By jdelo182
Previous Version allowed us to change calendar colors and other nice options that made me and my family choose informant over iCalendar. Now we have to pay extra for all those features that made us transition to you to begin with. You were better. But now you're like the cable company, you gave us a promotional price then took it away and asked us to pay more money for our original service. Shame. I understand paying more for added features that didn’t exist in the previous version, but you took away what we already had. You gave free food to the poor then took it away and demanded money for it.
  • Forced to “upgrade”. Can no longer use the version I PAID FOR!!!!!

    By Rich77227
I’ve used informant for many years but this it for me. I paid for the app but now they have disabled it and I am forced to upgrade to version 5. I will be switching to another app. How can you trust your data with a company who disables a product you paid for?
  • Keep changing issues

    By Brandonnorbury
I got and paid for this app years ago and updated along the way. It won’t sync with my iPad when it used to and it asks me to pay. Yearly, quarterly, or monthly. That was not the deal when I bought it. It won’t sync any longer either. I like the program but not the issues. Good luck!
  • Sync feature is buggy, erratic, unpredictable

    By Cleancoral
I’ve been a paying subscriber of this app for 3 years now and the sync issues have gotten worse. For about a month now, events and tasks in my Mac and iOS devices do not syncs at all, unless I restart my devices. I am looking to switch.
  • Yearly Subscription is a Rip Off

    By Skreview
Very disappointing in the change to a subscription model. Just let me buy the app and be done. Requiring a reoccurring subscription is not reasonable and not needed for an app like this. Uninstalling.
