This is a great apt!It is not 100%,but it works very well.I found that you have to make sure it refreshes itself. If you travel as soon as you have internet access you need to make sure it is refreshed. Also leave the apt on.If you refresh and then flick it off it is not as effective. If a robocall makes it through, then you go to the apt and the lookup section and if it is not listed as a robocall put press block and it will take care of it.

I love this app. However, I have Nomorobo spam text enabled in my settings, but it’s not showing so in the app. I am getting spam texts about free movie invites and now credit card phishing texts. They are not being blocked or filtered out. I have the spam text enabled in my settings. Please fix this.
  • Failed to Block Unknown Callers

This app simply failed at doing the job that was necessary. It couldn’t identify the plethora of new numbers the scammers are entering every day. I have come to the conclusion that the ONLY solution... is to never accept an unknown caller, and the app doesn’t do that. The way to block unknown callers is to use the do-not-disturb feature, and only accept calls from people in your contacts. That said, this app definitely blocked about 10-20 % of unknown callers correctly, but this was still too much, to irritating to spend $ every month for an app that works only partially.
  • The app doesn’t appear in call blocking settings

U waited 30 min for the app to show up. I uninstalled, reinstalled. I powered the phone off. Too much of my own troubleshooting just to get another garbage app to work.
  • Buggy with iOS

Does not automatically update even when it is open in the background. As a result, I am still getting lots robocalls which defeats the purpose of the app.

I used to get 7-10 calls per day, now I get basically none.
  • Best and easiest to use

I have an iPhone Xs with Verizon wireless. I’ve tried all the things including Verizon’s app. This works WAAAAAY better. The only other option is YouMail (much better but more expensive and more complicated). After years of trying different things. Nomorobo seems to be the best for the price and ease of use. Once you have it dialed in and figured out, you forget you even have it. I’ve also noticed that the longer you use it, the better it works.
  • When it works it is great

Overall it works great and intercepts and sends to voicemail identifying as a robocall. Unfortunately a few times it quit refreshing and I had to delete the app then reinstall. This is something that should not occur when you are paying for the service. I have been using this app for close to a year and it has really saved the aggravation caused by Medicare solicitors.
  • Used to work

Simply put: it doesn’t work anymore. I get multiple spam calls per hour that I then report. If I’m doing all the work and getting none of the benefit, what am I paying for? It used to be very effective, but something changed and it was for the worse.
