    So I signed up for Uber but it only has me doing UberEATS. I don’t mind doing Uber eats but I’m not making enough money doing that. I signed up for taking customers why won’t it let me pick up anyone?

    All in all my experience so far with Uber has been very enjoyable, up until I have a rider that tells me she’s taking you the wrong way. Which in turn cause me to draw up a bit, but he seemed to be an honest man, so sure enough we got him to his destination. It’s an awesome opportunity to make a living which after losing my job last Tuesday I started that same week on Friday. Uber thanks for being out there

    Last rider ...her name was Kristin...she had her boyfriend with her and he vomited in the car and he missed the whole entire car

    On November 26th, 2018 I deposited $99.02 to my debit card card via instapay, on this same day Uber took this amount back out of my account via green-dot. My statement shows a ‘reversal purchase green-dot’ for -$99.02. So I call Uber support, and on November 27th 2018, they deposited the $99.02 back into my account. Then on December 6th 2018, they took the $99.02 back out of my account again! This transaction reads on my statement, ‘Reversal Purchase Greendot’, -$99.02. So I call support AGAIN, this time talking to someone very unhelpful named Bell and she tells me that they haven’t taken any money out of my account and don’t owe me anything. Basically this woman talked to me like I was lying when I was looking at my statement and even sent in screenshots. So I hung up on Bell, called back, and another rep told me it was a glitch, and the $99.02 will be deposited back into my account with my weekly earnings. It’s been almost 3 weeks, and I’m still waiting to get my $99.10 back that Uber illegally took from my account. Now on top of this amount Uber owes me 230.00. Today I had a long trip in XL. I completed the trip and rated the rider but my account only showed 20.00. I check the fare and see that the rider left me a 20.00 tip. But Uber was holding my fare money. So I called support, this rep told me that they have to investigate the accuracy of the trip to make sure I’m being paid correctly, and it will take up to 2 business days before I can get my own money! There’s always an issue getting paid with Uber, the way they play with, and withhold your money is fraudulent, dishonest, and just absolutely evil. Lyft will make sure you get paid, they don’t play with your money. If they ever offer XL only vehicle preferences I’m done with Uber.

    I wish we can see the rider face and some more information besides a name. I would like to know where the rider is going prior to accepting the ride. More protection for drivers. App can be glitchy at times even with the latest update.

    Just wish that the fares paid more. Seems like I go a long distance for a little cost. But hopefully it will get better. I’m happy to be making some money. As I have a medical condition that won’t allow me to work a full time job. Thank you Uber for this opportunity
