  • Exactly what I needed

Best I have seen. Nice and slick. Couple minor gaps but sure they will be adresses soon. Like the choice of entertainment app...
  • Disappointing

I tried the free version of this app in the hopes that it would be better than another screen time app I’ve used in the past. I am very tech savvy, and downloaded the app onto my device and my kids’ devices. I love the idea of it, but it simply didn’t work. Either that or my kids easily figured out how to bypass it. The kids are 10 and 12, so if they figured it out, that’s not a good endorsement for unGlue. When I contacted customer support it took a number of days for them to get back to me....with useless information. The best part is that after my free trial was up I kept getting obnoxious notifications saying that my kids now have unlimited screen time and the like. Nope, not true. Apple actually has screen time limits that you can set and we found a far better app that can actually lock their phones remotely (like really lock them).
  • No customer support

This app does not work with Apple family ID. There is no customer support for issues.
  • Great when it worked

    By Kathies
When it worked it was great. Then it wasn’t. support will email you back, but still didn’t really help. First the apps wouldn’t turn back on, now they won’t go off. I’ve tried everything. I feel like I waisted 100.00 dollars. 🙁

why would I not want to use my my iPad screen
  • Zero stars for now

Once I paid for the yearly subscription the kids app was no longer available and I am trying to get my money back but now they don’t respond. You need the parental control app AND the kids app for it to work. Why does Apple have a buy option for an app that is unavailable?
  • Not available in US

    By alh8604
Wasted my time downloading this app to find out that I can’t even install it to my children’s IPads because it’s not available in the US. Defeats the entire purpose of even having it then.
  • Love it but it doesn’t work on iOS

    By rebmayco
I have tried several parental control apps but keep coming back to this one. My kids both have android tablets and iPhones. UnGlue works great on android. My favorite is to complete chores and then be rewarded with screen time. But... I can’t load the kid version on the iPhones. Apparently it’s a technical glitch with apple but it would have saved a ton of aggravation trying to troubleshoot if I had known this. I am planning on checking back to see if the iOS glitch is fixed. This would have been a 5 star rating if I could have actually used it on the iPhones. I don’t like any of the other screen time apps as much as I do this one.
  • Can’t download unGlue kids app

    By hmd73
Can’t use this app cause I can’t get the link to work so I can download the app on my children’s devices (an iPad & an iPhone). Like the concept but can’t use it. I also have an iPhone. “unGlue kids” app comes up as unavailable in the iTunes App Store.

I downloaded the app only to get the message when putting on my daughter’s phone that the unglued kids app isn’t available in the US. The parent app is useless without the kid app. It looked good too. Now hopefully I don’t have to fight about my apple account being charged for an app I didn’t use.
