  • Payed for nothing

I payed for the one year subscription and I can’t access the other videos, they are still locked!
  • App not working properly

Repurchased after not having it for a year. After purchasing, it keeps referring me back to purchase page as if I never purchased. Please fix...
  • I’ve Been Hussled

First of all, the volume in the app is not working. And no, it’s not my phone because the volume works in all of my other apps. But what I’m most upset about is the fact that I paid the monthly subscription and all of the content is still locked. What did I pay for then? I’m very disappointed because my daughter loved the few things that were accessible. This is a rip-off, don’t waste your money.
  • Waste of money!

I paid for the year subscription and when I went in to the app there was nothing unlocked. I decided to log out and log back in to see if that helped. I forgot my password so I requested a new one. The app said it sent an email to reset my password but there is nothing in my email or spam mail. So now I’m locked out of the app and spent $20 for nothing!
  • Love it but

Hate that it needs internet. I’ll gladly give them my phone from time to time during a public melt down but kids don’t necessarily need to be online or using data in my opinion.
  • very good

This is one of my son’s favorite games to play. It’s cute and fun but also challenging. Not only is it entertaining but it helps kids learn a lot. No reason why you should not download!
  • Rip off

Paid for a year subscription which didn’t unlock anything, then tried to reload the app and needed to reset my password but couldn’t. Emailed customer service a couple of times, no response. My daughter really loved the sample book, I’m sad that I can’t use it
  • good job

This app is so educational and helpful. I’ve used this to my toddler and lessen the time of our lecture, we learn and we entertain at the same time
  • We used to love it

    By Bummed7
When it was free, we loved every video and song and it was fantastic entertainment. Now, unless we have them on Netflix, they don’t get to just enjoy StoryBots, which is a shame.
  • Paid and it’s still locked

I LOVE the concept of this app for my three kiddos. They adore seeing their faces and reading the stories. I subscribed the the yearly plan (iTunes receipt received, money deducted from my bank) but it still shows locked. I’ve emailed three times and no response as of yet. Kids are sad.
