  • Supposed to be free according to TCSC

    By loving_dad91
According to the courts this was supposed to be a free app as a way for parents to be able to communicate. So I create my account and wait for the other parent to sign up. Upon the sign ups being finished, I open the app to be told I HAVE TO UPGRADE TO A PREMIUM ACCOUNT in order to use the app. Doesn’t give you a choice in the matter. $5 per month, .05 cents to get a text notification, and then they automatically charge you when you get below $1.00. This app is a joke and very unfair. You want to charge someone for your services charge the courts instead of the parents. Not everyone wanted to use the app. Some are forced to do it.
  • Horrible new UI

    By tigrr49
Please please please don’t change what’s not broken. The new UI is horrible - the colors / contrast make it difficult to read and the text appears huge for some reason, so I have to do a lot of scrolling just to read simple messages. The same horrible change was made to the website UI and I was so excited when it got reverted back. Please do the same for the app or somehow let me have an old version of the app!
  • Not worth it

    By MDMpaints
I’ve never written a review of any product or service online but I must say that a $5 monthly fee for this app is downright absurd. A $5 or even $10 annual fee should suffice and even that is stretching it. It would be nice if they actually catered this app to single parents. Sadly that is not the case. I’ll just continue to use the free service on the TP website.
  • This app is too much money

    By Heresjani
It’s not worth the money it’s stupid
  • Calendar?

    By Mst.Prl
I wish it had a calendar that we could jointly use to put down visitation/custody times at each parents’ home.
  • Cost of app

    By Mook82
Unable to use the app unless you pay and Because of their the notifications are not shown unless you pay for the app and or go online to the website and check daily.
  • Great app.

    Great app.
  • Expensive

    By Jimzmichelle
App and website are nice. All info kept and no arguments of what was it wasn’t said. However, the price to have notifications and full-use of either/both the website and/or app is expensive for what it is.
  • Works well enough

    By Tv guy 1965
So much better than dealing with texts. I’m in a hostile situation and the app allows me to print logs of conversations which was near impossible with texting. It also helps keep the conversations less hostile since parents know this is accessible by the courts.
  • It’s not what I expected

    By Rabjai
Every time I want to log in it ask my to renew. I have a membership and my money is withdrawn every month. Why am I ask to renew? This is ridiculous.
