    It never works. Videos load forever and never play. When they do play, the app randomly shuts off in the middle

    I have access to this through xfinity, yet this app does not have a cable subscription log in. Why would I pay twice? 😡

    I have emailed several times with an issue concerning canceling my subscription. Each time I have received an automated response and no attempt to address my issue! I need to email a REAL PERSON, or a supervisor who can actually deal with my issue. I can not retrieve a password to my account because the email I signed up with has been terminated. Terrible support. Don’t have a service if you do not have the means to support it!

    Love history and lots of these programs, but didn’t realize that to have this app you have to agree to their terms and pay for subscription! No way. I’ll go to the library or use Netflix or something else. Bummer.

    Being from the History Channel, I expected a much better user experience. For example, there is no search feature. I’ll keep it to the end of my monthly subscription. If the app is still not improved, I’m afraid I’ll have to cancel.

    I REALLY want a watchlist , like “my videos” but I don’t need to download them. There is so much content I want to be able to put things on a list so I can remember. ....also right now the app won’t stop crashing tho since the update

    To whom it may concern. I paid for a full subscription but when I try to access content, it directs me to the screen to pay for a subscription even though I already have one. It’s a vicious cycle and it doesn’t work. Whoever is the app developer reach out to me to fix this problem.
