    So I downloaded the shred today. Completed day 1. I loved it & it was easy to follow the instructions. I would say to watch the video first before doing the workout for that day. He give great tips! I’ll check in in couple of weeks. I can say my heart rate was up the entire workout.

    We get it, growth is down. However , free to 9$ a month is horribly expensive. I don’t know who did your pricing analysis but really ? 1000 users would get you $108000 by itself. Don’t even start with that « sorry for the change » attitude. You did not communicate it before hand, made the app useless without paying, overcharged, and added 0 value. You exponentially increased your price and your revenue, while adding no value at the time. You can not do this with every app. That is the epitome of greed. Make a new ultimate app maybe, but as others have said, I will not share this app, your programs, or anything with friends and family like I have for years. 9$ a month, my word that’s like top 2% most expensive subscription prices. You do not have that kind of leverage.

    This will be my first review of an app. First and foremost, people complaining about the subscription change can go keep paying for netflix, hulu, or their gaming subscriptions. Second.... loooooord I tried doing this plan many times... never had the will to finish it. But I finally forced my body to go through with it. I went from 210 to 185 in a little less than 2 months. But take into consideration that diet does play a big role in how fast you want the results. Ive been doing body building for about 2 years now, so I kinda have base knowledge on dieting and keeping my macros on point. Back to the app tho... Props to Jym, and Bodybuilding for setting up such an awesome, and user friendly app. It would be awesome if you guys could add a timer to the apps themselves. I use my fitbit, but many users could use a timer so they dont need to keep switching between the app and the phone stopwatch. Other than that, I have nothing else! Keep up the awesome work guys, and gals!

    I got the app when it was free. Now they want you to pay a ridiculous amount of money for something that was free. Don’t get me wrong the program works, but it’s not any different than any other low carb high protein diet. Not worth the money they want for it.

    Coming from a Crossfit back ground this is a nice option to stay in shape, you can tell it will set you up for success with out much of a chance of injury if you are smart

    Enjoyed using the app as a freemium, then go to open the same app I’ve used for about 2 years and locked out because I’m not paying $9 a month!! Too expensive for old content. If I wanted to spend that kind of money I’d join Jim Stoppani’s personal site and get more for the money.

    Was great until they started charging a subscription fee. Officially boycotting and buying supplements from amazon (and they’re cheaper there) and can find this plan as a pdf online for free.

    This workout will push you if you follow the plan workout, nutrition, and supplements like no workout I have ever done. I am sure the results will follow.
