  • Where is the calorie calculator?

The last time I used this app it was way better!! Now I have to pay for it and it gives me pdf to print. I remember when you could put in your information and get how many calories you needed and the daily food was easier to access.

I used this app and the bb.com site for several years. All these workouts were free and now they’re charging an expensive fee to access this. I don’t want to hear but our devs, and coders...blah, blah, blah. You make a ton of money off ad space via your website and by selling merchandise, supplements, etc...to charge almost 10 bucks a month for content that’s been free for years is a kick in the pants to your customers. I’ll just figure out a spot online to find this free since you guys clearly don’t care about your customer base.
  • Thank goodness I tracked my progress with pen and paper..

In 2016-2017, I used to feel so uncomfortable at the gym before starting this program. Especially with all the men in the weight section acting like a bunch of birds, puffing their chests out, and making all these weird noises that would sound like attempt to attract a mate. In addition, I did not own typical, fitness-fashion wear aside from sweat pants and huge T-shirt’s because I was so embarrassed by my frame. I didn’t even own an appropriate sports bra (this was particularly hazardous while exercising). My glasses would fog up during workouts (especially squats) and would often miss the support rack.. it was a huge learning curb.. and, I was hazardous to the point that was totally cringeworthy. It truly was a time of very humble beginnings. I was a “New Year, New Me” kind of girl and I meant it. I was desperate to get back to my healthy being... but I was the person that everybody thought would stop going to the gym by February. I used this program to lose 70 pounds and built incredible strength. Today, I was rummaging through some things and found my initial progress logs... and wondered “Why on Earth did I stop using this website?! It was so great!” I went on the website again today and remembered....that it WAS free on the website until one day it was not available any longer. This literally made me so angry that I then downloaded your app, so I can write you a piss poor review of how underhanded you treated loyal consumers. I don’t want to hear your garbage response that you’ve been repeating on every other post....like if you’re gonna do this to people- do it right. Make people pay a one time fee rather than this monthly bull or pay for a workout. You used to empower people... somebody that didn’t know anything to helping others at their gym. Now you disenfranchised them. Anyway, I have paper copies, so I guess I’ll continue that method.

DONT TELL ME YOU DONT ALREADY MAKE ENOUGH MONEY OFF ADVERTISING, SPONSORS, PRODUCTS, etc. All of these workouts by BodyBuilding.com trainers used to be free for years!! Now you want a monthly subscription for it? Screw you BodyBuilding.com. Another example of greed ruining what used to be a great source for people who want to get into a healthy lifestyle and don’t know where to begin. You just took that away from people. SHAME ON YOU.
  • Really terrible

Stoppani’s program starts out ok with workout one. He has some personalized video, descent start. Then you get to say 2 and realize there is nothing. Just a list of exercises with no personalized video. So stoppani cares enough to list some exercises but is too lazy to shoot a 10 minute video to show us what he is actually doing. C’mon man, you can do way better. My advice to others, try a different program.

Don’t waste your hard earn money, there is free PDF versions of this online, print it out, it is literally the same thing. Been using this app for years, Updated the this morning on 1/21/18 and notice instead of giving out more content or bug fix it just hits you with a monthly subscription fee for $9/month. You get nothing more! This is bogus! And I see on other comments that you can get a lot of programs for that $9 but who has time to use more than 2 o 3 program a day???!!!
  • Good workouts. Meh app execution

Love the workouts but it would be nice to have some sort of way to input the weights and reps you accomplished with each set of each exercise. Seems weird that they don’t have this. Would also be nice to have recommendations for weights based on those you input for the subsequent weeks.
