  • Very disappointing.

I’m so disappointed with this app. I have yet to be able to stop and go back to the place I left off. I subscribed for a year and can not seem to get what I need. It’s very difficult to navigate throughout and I have to restart the app. It freezes up and it’s frustrating. I’m very disappointed on how difficult it is to navigate through the app. I am constantly restarting and losing my place. I would like a refund.

Where can I find the English version? I stop using this app and want to start over yesterday and find it has been changed to another language...that I can’t understand...😟I bought one year program and now I cannot use it. I love this app when I can follow the plan.
  • Amazing App!

I absolutely love this app! When I first got it I have never really done yoga before, but was excited to try it through the app. I had gone to a couple other classes, but always felt a little uncomfortable not knowing all the positions. This app has helped me a lot, learn the positions and feel more comfortable in doing yoga itself. It is also helped me get in shape immensely! I love this app and would recommend it and have recommended it to all of my friends!
  • Misleading subscription

Beware, if you turn down the 1 month and 3 month options you will automatically be sign up for the 1 year premium subscription. I tried to cancel immediately upon realizing I had inadvertently subscribed for Entire year, but was only able to cancel the yearly renewal. I was charged for the entire year and unable to obtain a refund. Beware that this is an app that resorts to shady, deceitful tactics to get subscribers.
  • Effective though repetitive and a little dull

I love these workouts! They make me sweat and I feel like I’ve worked out-legit! But, I wish the workouts weren’t all so similar and a little personality to the narrator/coach and video wouldn’t hurt.
  • Not for beginners

The workouts on this app are not for beginners. I say this because I have some yoga experience that taught me about posture and adjusting the body to my skill level so I don’t hurt myself. These workouts are fast pace and don’t dedicate any time to this. So if you don’t know what you’re doing, I recommend trying a few in-person yoga classes first before diving in. And even then, maybe stick to YouTube workouts that are slow paced for beginners so you can familiarize yourself with the poses and the correct way to do them to avoid injury. Otherwise the workouts on Asana will frustrate you because by the time you figure out one pose, they are moving on to the next. If you have experience with yoga, you’re gonna enjoy the workouts. They are quick and sweet. Usually 30 minutes so you can squeeze it into a daily routine, if the app doesn’t freeze your video... I like this app because the workouts are enjoyable but I have yet to get through one workout without the video stream freezing. I play it on the app from my iPad and then connect it to Apple TV so I can have a larger screen. Unfortunately, every time the video freezes, it takes me at least 3 minutes to get it back to where I was. I can’t just drag the bar at the bottom of the video to where I left off. I have to make sure the video is on pause and I’ve pressed the button to skip the intro before I can try to fast forward to where I left off. And even under these conditions it will still bounce back to the intro a few times before it finally works. I have to do this about 3 times for each workout. This is okay for me because I have the extra few minutes to troubleshoot but it is definitely annoying and I don’t plan to renew my subscription if this doesn’t get corrected. It’s pretty basic stuff.
  • Loved...at first

When I first got this app I loved it!!! I loved the 2 free workouts a day!! The exercises were fun and entertaining, maybe a little fast but overall great. Things started going wrong when they took away voice over accessibility with an update. I couldn’t use it anymore. Itd take me to the end of a workout and when it got to the “buy now page”I couldn’t get out of it. Then I downloaded it again just to see if the issue had been fixed...it hasn’t by the way! When I downloaded it again I noticed you only got one free 5 minute work out a day and everything else you had to pay for. This app used to be great, now they’re just money hungry. I’ll go to YouTube and find “yoga inspired fitness” thanks.
  • Feel scammed

I paid for a subscription to this and barely used it as I just didn’t care for the workouts that I tried. I thought I properly deleted my account and was just charged another $60. Lesson learned to be diligent with subscriptions. Have asked apple for a refund twice and been denied.
  • Miss the old version

I’ve been using Asana for almost two years now. I prefer the older version where I could select a program that would last 4 or more weeks. It’s easier to stay on track and feel rewarded. Exercise only works when it’s a very regimented thing for me so that’s why I loved the older version of Asana rebel. I spend too long browsing with this new version when I really just go back to the same handful of workouts anyway.
  • Questions for the developers

I am new to this appl but am really enjoying it. I use it s a reward after doing something I don’t really want to do Question for the developers I am intermediate level but like to challenge myself with some of the more advanced moves. Is there a way to move back and forth between advanced and intermediate workouts? And once there is there a tutorial on how to work into some of the positions. Like tips to get into crow
