The user-generated content spans the gamut from great to... not so great, which is to be expected. However, if you have any problems, the support and administration of Reddit will sour any positive experience you might have had. Contacting support will trap you in an automated loop directing you to the very tool you just used. Admins and mods will refuse to even acknowledge you exist, and users in support communities like r/help will assume you “deserved” whatever issue you might have experienced. TL;DR? - If you value the content you create, and want to be treated like a human being, I suggest you use an alternative social media platform.

I have been using Reddit for nearly a year and in the past 2 months the app has started to crash time after time. When I'm scrolling, or when I'm posting. Please fix this issue
  • Like the app, but...

It uses sooooo much data compared to other apps out there. I like the interface the best. But, because of the data consumption I had to switch to a different app. I used 8g+ in one month compared to less than 300mb on a different app.
  • Why has it taken me this long?

App was once good. However, for the past month or so, I have experienced crashes on the app, not daily, but hourly. The app has been “updated” numerous times over this period. I miss alien blue :(

What’s the point of blocking people when they still have the ability to stalk me and comment under my posts? Isn’t the point of blocking to prevent someone from being on your profile altogether? This is so annoying and I’m completely done with this app!
