  • Almost, but buggy & unresponsive support

    I do love how easy this app makes working out. It's takes out the guess work and offers meal plans along with fitness. My problem is that I have experienced a few issues and I cannot get support to respond to my open tickets and it’s prohibiting use of the app. Please, please, please Sweat, work on the support experience and responsiveness and fix the bugs. I'm looking for alternatives now but I'm rooting for you.

    I have been using this app now for about 8 weeks on and off and 5 weeks consistently. I love it! I like that they have different options on how you want to work out, what diet you use and give you a calendar to track what workouts to do. I wish some things were different. The food portion: I have celiac so I wish there was something on there for gluten free. I also wish i could just track my food on this app instead of another. The cardio portion: I wish there was more structure to it. One thing I loved about having a trainer, was when on the treadmill they are pushing you, coaching you, telling you when to amp it up and slow it down and when to incline and then amp it up some more. I find cardio boring. I personally need some extra motivation for it. Overall LOVE the app and you can’t please everyone. If you use the app as intended you’ll see the results!

    I have always been a pretty active person... i dances all through middle and high school. I am only on day two and this program has managed to kick my booty!!! So far i highly recommend it for any who is thinking about doing it!!

    The previous version of the app had some issues such as freezing and restarting the entire workout over and also doesn’t have a way to go back-for instance in Kelsey Wells’ program if you’re in the pyramid section it would be so nice to be able to go back Incase someone is using the gym equipment you’re on and you want to go back to it after using a different machine. The new update has more problems than before. Now the clock is all messed up and sometimes counts up instead of down for the rest between sets and on the burnout it shows you the same workout twice rather than switching to the second one. Please fix to make this a 5 Star app!

    I really like this app and all the features. It makes me motivated and i want to keep doing it. I would really like if there was a feature for the food category. So say you didn’t eat the recommended meal one day but you still wanted to log what you ate that would be nice. If you could add a feature where you can log the food you ate. Also if there was a feature that all the favorited food items on the app would go. Just like a list of all the meals you have starred in case you wanted to go back and make that meal again which i assume is what the starred feature is for.

    It is a very handy app that reduces the stress of what to do and when. Also food suggestions are helpful. I really wish it had an appletv app and/or a function where I don’t have to touch the screen each time I want to move on to the next workout.

    A friend sent me a link so I downloaded the free app, signed in with Facebook and apparently I have been getting charged. 19.99 a month for 6month. I have never used the app so don’t know how it works, but can’t find any info on who to contact about it.
