  • Great app that needs some work

    I really want to give this app 5 stars because I honestly love the workouts and the overall functionality of everything. That being said I think it needs some improvements... the calendar doesn’t sync right away once you complete an exercise (it took a day for it to finally mark as “completed”). I would prefer to have an option to manually track the amount of water I drink each day and the calculator on that in general is finicky as well. If I go from one time drinking 32oz and the next time drinking only 16oz it’ll say I’ve only consumed 4oz for the day. I also wish I didn’t have to keep the app open for it to continue to run and notify me when my time is up on and interval. And speaking of notifications, I would like to have it notify me at the end of each time interval and at the beginning of a rest period like in the Tabata program.

    I updated my app today and suddenly my music stops every time I switch exercises. This has ruined my ability to work out and block out the world. Please please fix immediately, I normally love this app!
  • Great but glitchy

    I want to give this a five star rating because the layout and content is seriously great. But in the middle of my workout it kept cycling through the same circuits. But dude. My legs and booty are killing me! I’ve been working with a trainer for months, and this is a better workout. Totally worth the spend.
  • Great app but needs some work

    I love this app it’s super user friendly and easy to use, but I am currently doing the Chontel Duncan plan and it doesn’t notify m when a timed exercise is over. I have to keep checking my phone to see when that has finished, any type of notification that that’s over would be good. Also, exercises that require 20 seconds per side should be separated per side not just a long 40 second limit with no notification of when to switch sides. But overall a great app just needs some minor tweaking

    I internally argued with myself for about six months deciding if I thought this app would be worth it. Three weeks ago I just decided to do it and I am SO happy I did! This app is like having a personal trainer in my pocket at the gym. I’m doing PWR with Kelsey Wells in the app but I love that I have access to any program I want at any time in my subscription. The app is user friendly and each exercise is described in detail (even when to breathe)! Over the past year, from my own training, I’ve lost around 20 pounds, so I started this program to gain muscle and even after only three weeks I see a difference. Trust me ladies, you will not be disappointed 💪🏽🖤
  • Apple Watch issues

    LOVE the app but have issues every time I try to do resistance workouts or challenges using my watch. It will get to Pyramid 2 and it cancels out losing all progress for that workout.
