    I used to go to a gym that solely did HIIT classes. I had to move and “can not” work out on my own. I always feel like I NEED the class atmosphere. This app is perfect because it’s the best of both worlds. It’s a trainer in your ear and you get to do it on YOUR time. Loving it!

    This app has transformed my workouts and my body. I’m 41 and after having two kids, I’m in the best shape of my life. Thank God for Kelsey Wells. She has helped me rid my body of excess unhealthy weight, helped manage my post partum anxiety and given me a new found confidence I’ve never had being that I now feel physically strong for the first time in my life. I paid for the entire year after doing the free trial and it was worth every penny. It’s like having a personal trainer every time I go to the gym. I love love love this app. I can’t say enough great things about it!

    I live for this program - it has changed my life in so many ways. I love Sweat because there is literally something for everybody. On top of getting in shape, Sweat teaches you self discipline, commitment, and how to set and achieve goals. I recommend this to anyone, especially if you’re struggling and looking for a lifestyle change. It isn’t easy, but it is so worth it!

  • Worth It Despite Bugs

    I have been using this app consistently for over a year. Kayla’s fitness program and community are a huge part of the positive changes-physically, mentally, professionally- that I’ve worked for over the past year. The workouts are straightforward and accessible for all levels. I found the app very intuitive and easy to use, though a lot of people seem to be confused about the structure of the program. I love the app and plan to use it for the foreseeable future. For the simplicity and effectiveness of the program, and for the awesome community, I give it 5 stars. BUT there are a lot of bugs, and it seems to take forever for them to be fixed. And when they are fixed, something else goes wrong. I don’t understand why it’s such an ongoing problem, but I love everything else about the app so much that I overlook the bugs and work around them.

  • Love the Programs, Hate That the App Crashes

    I want to give this 5 stars - I love the programs, (which are convenient and clearly show you how to do everything) and I’ve been seeing results early on. You even get workouts that target certain areas, which is great! My only complaint is all the bugs and crashes. Originally, the app would often crash and lose all my progress whenever I was in the middle of a workout. After a couple weeks, that was fixed, but now, I’ve completed programs/workouts, but it’s not showing as completed and it’s losing my progress which is getting really disappointing. Hoping this gets addressed soon, because other than that, I really do love this app and would recommend.
