  • Money means nothing

I've played this game for over a year now. And have spent somewhere around 900$ on the game. It's very addictive and yes. Clearly I love the game. However. And before I lay my criticism out. Note that I am a guild leader and that my guild has been top 100 both the weekly events and GvG for a long time. Alright. So. They have ruined the game. Gameplay is impossible now. Unless you spend money on the event of that week. This means that any money you've spent the week/weeks prior. Becomes null and void. Your cards do not work properly. You might be capable of doing some things. So yes. Their counter to this will be that. However. It costs around 100$ to get even the weakest form of a completed deck. 500$ for a full complete set. USD. Basically. There is no reason to play this game anymore. People who've support d it for 3 years are dropping like flies and noobs don't know anything hung about what they face. So. Good luck if you download this. And know that I warned you CapnCaveMn MissingSecrets guild

I have played for almost 2 years. Developers do nothing but try to take your money now. You don’t pay you will not get high in leader boards anymore. Gotten worse since 3.0 was released. Now they only cater to big spenders and change game to benefit them at will. Pretty sad because it used to be fun to play

I have to say when I started playing this almost a year ago I was really impressed. Things went slow at first, but once I joined a guild I was able to progress pretty quickly. They gave me helpful tips and always made sure I had what I needed to evolve my hero’s during an event. However, I haven’t paid any money, and have never been able to obtain one of the ultimate hero’s. Let me tell you, there’s been a lot of them. That makes this game terrible. If you advertise as a free to play, you should be able to obtain at least one ultimate in a year’s time span. Also watch out for the crashes. Don’t expect the support team to be sympathetic to whatever it is that you are in need of. If it crashes on you, oh well your just out of luck. I would also advise against the whole VIP thing, the prices always seem to go up and the rewards never seem to change. I’ve also noticed many of the players that I started the game with have left the game entirely. I still play but will NEVER pay. Especially after reading other’s reviews.

I love this game a lot and it is so addicting I literally play this everyday but it would be nice if we had different kinds of music while doing missions instead of the same one...but besides that I like it😉!

The game itself is pretty solid with well done graphical art. You can tell they made some good investments in this area. Game play also functions well, so I've no problems there. The guilds and the community also make this game a winner. Now the downside: The game has suffered from a tremendous amount of power creep over the past year and a half. It used to be a big deal to be able to hit for billions of HP in one turn. Now hundreds of billions (sometimes trillions) is the norm. This kind of power creep is not sustainable. You can be a VIP player, spend about $40 per month on this game, and still feel like getting the cards you need are well out of reach. I had a VIP subscription for a year. They recently made a bunch of changes to the game and branded it 3.0. I'd hate to say it, but the widespread perception is that it is another attempt to apply pressure to spend ever more money on cards with no assurance they will continue to be useful for competitive play much longer after the weekly event ends. N3twork needs to make their money just like any other game company, I totally understand that. But pay to win is not a rewarding experience, and good card sets seem to be ever more out of reach even to VIP players. I hope mobile game companies find a revenue model that is sensible to players and sustainable for developers business wise. I don't know if anyone has figured it out yet.

Pay to Win game. No money, no progress due to money hungry developers.
  • Pay to win, fake reviews. Stay away!

Look at most recent 5* reviews. Developers are still actively paying a 3rd party to review their app even though players have swamped it with much lower ratings. This game is about to die, don’t bother wasting your time or money. It’s garbage and the devs are trying to eeek out the last penny from those still playing. Most have already quit the player base is just a fraction what it originally was. Yours truly, former pay-to-win highly active player. I’m quitting now as well.
  • It’s fun but not perfect

The game is a blast to play but enemies in high level dungeons have the ability to block attacks and take no damage which just makes them tedious to fight. Additionally I’ve run into some stability issues in the latest event, when I tried to go into one of the battles the game would crash after my first attack. I’ve tried to go into the battle twice now and it’s happened both times so now I’m out 2 keys.

This game was great until 3.0 came out and in one swipe it wrecked whatever enjoyment I had in this game. Before you could get lucky and get the 13x every once in a while. Now you have to spend money in able to get them.
