    I would love to incorporate this for our products that we sell at vendor shows. It would be great to get repeat orders. Is there a way to get their address to confirm a purchase? We are not a hair salon and even though its great for that, i don’t want to utilize the “service” option before I can move on to the charge. I also send our product nation wide and it would really help sales to use this feature through our online store;

    I’m enjoy using the Square appointment system. It’s nice to have all of it connected with your payment system. I would like to suggest if there was a way that when clients got there confirmation the day before, if there is a way for me to know that they confirmed to be there. It would be more helpful for not have last minute cancellation or no shows. I’m a hairstylist and that is very important for my business. Thank you

    Although I’m in the process of training myself, my associate and my clients. I don’t consider myself a semi pro let alone a pro at this on-line booking service. With that in mind, it would be best for me to not give a full 5 stars. Most of the features the app offers work great. Although my clients and I are unhappy that the app service doesn’t offer a response back to their confirmation appointment. The client and I are used to communicating with each other. So a respond feature a simple “yes or no”. would give my clients and I confidence that they are keeping their appointment or not. For now, it works, but I’m not sure if I will stay with this service. There are a few more dysfunctional details. Not worth sharing at this time. Good Luck

    Super user friendly and great for a small business! Love this app and use it regularly. I love that I can have people book though my instagram. Makes it so easy.

    There are several things I have asked customer service about and have not gotten a usable answer, so I cant even use this app for the reason I got it! Also it will close or refuse to let me cancel an appt. a lot. It just says ‘error’....or no internet connection- I shouldn’t need to be online to use the app! And most of the time I’m not so why do I get that error?!? I know I held on to my Franklin Covey for way too long but it Never Failed, Never gave me an error, it was always reliable!! I don’t understand why this is supposed to be so much better- ITS NOT!
