  • Rename the “Max Pass”

    My understanding of the words “max pass” means more ride availability. I paid $40 for four of these non refundable passes that did nothing for me in the way of getting on rides. Instead of being able to schedule fast passes to any ride, I received only one time slot for the haunted mansion holiday. If this product was positioned as a photo management service, I would not have paid for it. I got burned.
  • Slow on iPhone or doesn’t load

    Nothing loads on the iPhone 7. I try anything and nothing shows up. It’s very annoying.

    Constantly making me sign back in and not showing fast passes. We spent the extra money on big Disney passes and can’t utilize the features. We are big Disney folks and give Mickey a lot of money, I am disappointed.

    This app is terrible. The idea of the max pass is great, and when it works, it saves you a LOT of walking. But we spent two full days cursing this app. It crashed constantly, and I mean CONSTANTLY. On two different phones/operating systems. Additionally, wifi and cell service in the park is spotty, so half of the time, we could not access it at all. Which presents a pretty big problem when you need to access your tickets and fast passes. It’s great in theory, but it was almost not worth it. This might be more of a Disney complaint than an app complaint, but I’m not sure it was worth it to purchase the max pass. Like I said, awesome in theory, and great when it actually works. But the crowds were absolutely insane. We’ve been regular visitors for 15 years, and we’ve never seen crowds like this at this time of year. We were only able to get a handful of fast passes per day. For the first time ever, EVERY single fast pass in both parks were sold out by 5pm. So if you wanted to ride something, you literally had to wait in line for 1.5-2.5 hrs. Even in the single rider line. Almost every major ride broke down constantly. Thunder mountain broke down like five different times each day, for two days straight (as did every other big ride, with the exception of Guardians of the Galaxy and Cars). So even if you managed to get the app to work, there was a good chance you wouldn’t get to use your fast pass because the ride was broken! This app and this last trip really soured our Disney experience. We are regular visitors, but we may not be back for a while. This is not the Disney we know and love.
  • Good content but slow

    Good content but app frequently freezes and is extremely slow to scroll and load content. And after freezing and finally loading it will “refresh” and I will have to scroll down to the content again. Also seems to disproportionately drain my battery.
  • Workers very aggressive

    Employees have very poor costumer service especially at the plaza de la familia. As people are walking they are pushing them out of the way in a very poor manner. In my experience they yelled at a person next to me and my son got scared and wanted to leave. Very rude and poor costumer service.
