    I would make app 5/5 if you could go back and change weights. I missed entering a different weight before app changed to next set and am unable to figure out how to alter weight.

    This solves my biggest issue with training at home - programming! This app allows you to select which equipment you have and provides a tailored sequence of workouts. I also love how there’s always a warm up and a cool down incorporated with every session.

    Don’t have the time or knowledge or motivation to craft a workout? You do now. Because Keelo takes care of it all for you. Short, intense workouts that will get you fit all over. And if you can’t or hate going to the gym, no worries, because Keelo can be done at home, with whatever equipment you have, and tailored to you fitness level. I’m a dad of triplets; if I can do it, you can do it. Truly a great app. There aren’t many apps I would say this about, but: I really don’t think you’ll ever regret purchasing a subscription.

    By far, the best personal fitness training app available. I’ve tried several and hands down Keelo is the best. I’m a member of a great gym with personal trainers and they can be a little pricey. I get the same benefits with Keelo as I would with a personal trainer for far less the price. The workouts adapt to my body and progression and plateau never happens. Thanks Keelo for this app and keep up the good work!

    I was very excited to try out this app and to have a quick look of how it worked I started the "Warm Up" section of the app and clicked through the exercises. It now says Completed without the ability to view the exercises in the section or restart the Warm Up section. This was a non starter for me.

    While I like the workouts. I've used it for a couple of months and feel like it's gotten into a rythem. They need to add more exercises to keep it from getting stale and make me feel like I'm stalling. They way it tracks your progress is weird. The edit feature is off and won't let you change your reps. If you don't constantly tell it everything you're doing in the moment it will record a 0 for it and won't change it even if you go into edit mode. It makes me sweat, but I feel like I'm not getting what I paid for because of the bugs still in it.

    I have tried every app in the AppStore for workouts at home- from the beach bod apps to the “bros who lift” apps and all of them have been disappointing. I tried out freeletics for a while but don’t always have an hour to keep doing tons of reps and I got bored with it. I tried the free Nike training app, which is probably the next best one and a good fit for people who just want cardio and HIIT workouts. But I was looking for strength training also. Then I found Keelo through some article in the App Store. And bam! With what I discovered to be a new update where you can filter equipment and stuff I found exactly what I wanted. I have been looking for so long for an app that would lead me through recommended workouts where I could say what equipment I had at home to use for the workout. In addition I had been trying to find one that is actually challenging me and feels like it is getting results. And when my fiancé felt my back the other day while hugging me and said, “ohhhh, ok.” That was all I needed. 😂 The workouts are great, intense, not boring, and varied. And I would highly recommend Keelo. If you have been looking for the right workouts to do at home in about 30-45 minutes with certain equipment like dumbbells or a pull-up bar, then look no further, this is the best out there. I also love that I can listen to Spotify and not just Apple Music through the app. 👌🏻
